I cannot say enough positive things about this facility. As a therapist, I have visited dozens of assisted living facilities to provide care for clients. This facility’s staff is the best I’ve encountered. They are consistently helpful and take a teamwork approach to providing the very best care for their residents. Unfortunately, not all facilities work this way. The facility is also very light and bright and cheerful.

I don’t hesitate to recommend this facility if you have a loved one that needs a new place to call home. Keep up the great work!

My father had to be moved into an assisted living home due to his declining health issues. I looked at several facilities that were much closer to my home and work than Mansfield. Highlands Village was 40 minutes out of my way each visit, which was sometimes twice a day, but after a few days of my Father's move in I knew that I had made the right decision. I could not have ask for a better facility or staff. My Mother is 86 and I know that when the time comes I will again choose Highlands Village for her home.

5 STARS! My dad, Bill Cannon, moved in to this amazing facility November 2022. His care was exemplary. The facility & suites are beautiful, nice music is playing all over the facility, it always smells so nice. It's super clean and bright - such a different atmosphere from all of the many places I was considering for my dad. The nursing and aid staff were very engaging with him, singing his favorite hymns when taking him to and from meals (which are REALLY GOOD), persuading him to use his walker to build strength, and laughing at his corny dad jokes and flirtations. The executive team and staff were so helpful during his last few weeks. It pains me not to be able to see him in his beautiful room and see him smiling at the nurses anymore. I hope I am as fortunate to have a place like Highlands Village to take care of me when the time comes. Thank you all and especially Angela and Heidi (there are more but I just can't remember names)

My parents have recently had to go into assisted living due to numerous health issues. The staff here is very caring and attentive. The building is bright and clean with a more open feel than many facilities. I would highly recommend Highlands Village for anyone looking at assisted living.

I visited Highlands Village with my mom, who just moved in. Regardless of our budget, there's not a doubt in my mind that Highlands is the best decision we could have ever made!
The entire staff... Exec. administration, Chef, nurses, handyman are more than we could have even hoped for. They are ALL warm, genuine, caring, HIGHLY skilled and QUALIFIED.
The residents are friendly and engaging, and they have welcomed my mom in as if they were all old friends. They are happy and eager to participate in activities, which speaks loudly to the overall care they are receiving at Highlands.
The food is fantastic and they have many options (menu!) to choose from when dining.
The facility is new, it opened during COVID...March I believe? It's light and bright and well thought out. There's 4 seasons glassed in area as well as a nice big interior courtyard for those that want to be outside. Decor is very nice and tastefully done.
I cannot say enough about this place and the wonderful experience we've had. It was an incredibly difficult decision to move her out of the only home she's ever known. I wasn't sure if the guilt would ever go away! However, after her first 2 days at Highlands she said it's as close to the most perfect day she can remember in a long, long time!
I cannot say enough about this place and the wonderful experience we've had!
I'd like to finish this novel by saying they were also EASILY... BY FAR... THE MOST REASONABLY PRICED too!
Grab a space while you can.....
