During my stay at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel for the Trees & Utility Conference, I had breakfast at the Cast Iron on two consecutive mornings. The buffet selection was impressive, but the standout was the omelet station. The cook did a fantastic job preparing my omelet exactly to my liking each morning, adding a personal touch with his friendly demeanor. The staff, in general, was very attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The quality of the food was excellent, making each morning's meal a delightful start to the day. I highly recommend the Cast Iron for a satisfying breakfast!

My friend and I were looking for a place to have dinner and we decided to try cast-iron, which was new to both of us. when we entered. They were very very kind, and nice and promptly sat us at a beautiful table and we were served immediately. We ordered our food which came up quickly and enjoyed every minute of what I ordered a salad and my friend ordered salmon with greens and mashed potatoes. We both had a coffee at the end of our meal with our tiramisu with ice cream, and it was fabulous as well. We were really surprised at this jewel in the Omni hotel.

We enjoyed this breakfast! They cooked my eggs perfectly and the steak was full of flavor and cooked to perfection as well! I only wish they had Mimosas to go with everything but we had a cappuccino that was pretty good. The hostess and waiter were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back.

Other than the Mac and cheese (made with Gouda) which is superior, the cast iron sampler is rather mediocre. Not impressed with the freshness of the ingredients. The seasoning is ok; the preparation either on the dry (chicken) or greasy (sausage) end. Quite limited wine menu as well. Friendly service.

The food was good. The wait staff was better. Nothing note worthy about this place to distinguish it from the million other stake houses in this area.

If you are looking for a quite place to eat and talk, this is the place. Once you’re done talking, Go next door to their other establishment and get drinks.
