If I could give zero starts I would. I ordered food for my office today. The majority of us ordered the chicken Alfredo. This is the worst chicken Alfredo I have every had. The dish was bland. The noodles were super mushy and there was so much oil and grease I had to drain it with paper towels. Mind you, these plates of pasta are $30 each Untilamtely the food was just about inedible and the mac and cheese balls were burnt. Absolutely inexcusable.

We sat at a high table and we waiting around 10 minutes for a server to give us menus and ask for our drinks. We didn’t receive our bread and butter up until 20 minutes after being seated AND we had to ask for it. We weren’t given utensils. Around 5 minutes later, they asked us for our food. They took around 40min-1 hour to give us our food. My food description was said to be “very spicy.” My food got here- it wasn’t spicy at all AND it was cold. I asked them to reheat my food and they did. We only got our utensils only after we received our food and it’s because we asked. Everything was expensive but not good service or delicious at all. Wouldn’t come back.

The meal was great!! And the cheesecake was so yum! We came with a large party so service was a little slower than other tables, as expected though! Our server Jillian handled our party of 12 very well, she was so kind and attentive! Especially considering she probably had other tables she was tending too!

I have loved The Cheesecake Factory for many years strictly for their delicious Cheesecakes! I am known to go there, grab some slices, and leave with several flavors to try! Yum!
I rarely dine there. Today however, my son wanted to celebrate his Birthday with a family lunch there!
Our food was delicious. Every single item! The Carbonara never disappoints, and my Spicy Rigatoni Vodka Sauce pasta was fantastic.
The extensive children’s menu is also such a great touch!
Our kind waiter went out of his way to ensure my son had a beautiful Birthday celebration!
Very good experience all around and I love the decor / ambiance.

The Cheesecake Factory has always been a place of hype and expectation, but my recent visit left me thoroughly underwhelmed. From the moment I stepped in, the service was lackluster, with a waiter who seemed more interested in being "Mia alot" than attending to our needs. The long wait for our food only added to the growing disappointment.

When our orders finally arrived, it was clear that the kitchen had fallen short. The sweet potatoes were undercooked, leaving them hard and unappetizing. My hamburger was a disaster—a patty that didn't match the bun, making it look like a meatball sandwiched between two buns. The excess of fried onions overwhelmed the patty, and the juice from the burger made the buns soggy, ruining the entire experience.

In contrast, Chiles offers a dining experience that is worth every cent. The quality of the food is consistently high, and the service is attentive and efficient. There's no overpriced hype at Chiles; just good food and good service.

The Cheesecake Factory's reputation precedes it, but my visit proved that it doesn't always live up to the hype. For a better dining experience, I'll be sticking with Chiles from now on.

Fix waiter was alone.. so management failed him

Service, food, and atmosphere were fantastic. We had the stuffed mushrooms and egg roll appetizers. Full of flavor. Entree chicken Madeira was amazing. Menu can appear to be overwhelming but it offers something for all. Our server O’Shea was super. Bathrooms and store clean. We will be back.

I’ve been to The Cheesecake Factory a few times now, and it’s always an interesting experience. What keeps me coming back is the sheer variety on the menu—it’s kind of overwhelming in a good way. Whether I’m craving comfort food like chicken parmesan or something lighter like a seared tuna salad, there’s always something I can find.
The vibe is what I’d call “casual glam.”
Now for the main event: the cheesecake. I don’t even have a massive sweet tooth, but their cheesecake is genuinely great. The Original with strawberries is my go-to—it’s creamy without being too heavy.

What a lovely experience we had! We just live CF but this shop was top- notch!!!
Super fast service, attentive server and as always, delicious food!!!
We had beet and avocado salad, egg roll sampler, their delicious Brussel sprouts and chicken Tuscany which was to die for!
For dessert, we tried the Oreo cheesecake which was sprinkled with colors for my son-
What a lovely touch!

Excellent food, fast service. We had theatre tickets and they got us in and out with time to spare. The food was delicious, hot, and fresh! And the raspberry lemon drop was fantastic, tasted like drinkable jolly ranchers!
