From start to finish, our evening at 97 West was perfection. We enjoyed expertly cooked steaks and fresh, flavorful fish, complemented by delicious sides that tied the meal together beautifully. The cocktails were creative, balanced, and absolutely spot-on. The ambience was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a memorable night out. Service was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly taken care of. Highly recommend 97 West for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Fort Worth!

Breakfast during our stay at The Hotel Drover. We ordered the Tostadas and French Toast.

Both are the best value on the menu and the quality for both was great!

Definitely would order both items again and again.

Solid Brunch. Had the lobster omelette, chicken sandwich, deviled eggs and the Bloody Mary's. Lobster omelette wasnt bad but the chicken sandwich was top notch. It was smoky and flavorful and the texture was perfect. The croissant was flaky and buttery. Just really good. The b.l.t. deviled eggs weren't bad either. Just not amazing The Bloody Mary's were very spicy (like we asked for). Would have put 4 starts on the food but that sandwich really hit the spot. Oh and the potatoes. Usually I'm not excited about potatoes and rarely eat them all but we smashed these. They were also pretty damn good. Service was perfect and the restaurant had a nice ambiance and although it was loud because it was busy, we could still hear each other easily. I have to try dinner here but brunch is all I can rate on today.

The Hotel Drover is absolutely gorgeous.

We had an 11 AM reservation and drove over an hour & a half to eat at 97 West and spend the afternoon in FW. When we approached the hostess stand, we notified that we had one more additional party member and were met with a very difficult interaction. We were told that our reservation was actually at 12, and that a party of 5 couldn’t be accommodated. The manager was brought over, and then we were told that we were actually right - the reservation WAS at 11 & a party of 5 will be fine.

We waited, were seated at 11:40, and our waitress was great. We received 2 $20 items that we didn’t order. We weren’t charged for it - they were great lol. Made up for the front door difficulty.

Unfortunately, our card was charged twice for our meal. Pretty disappointing.

Beautiful atmosphere, food was alright, not the best service/experience.

Great texas southern themed restaurant. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was equally wonderful. The chicken and waffles with white sausage gravy were amazing. Would recommend visiting to anyone that enjoys southern breakfast.

My husband and I ate at the 97 west and Josh was our sever. Wow what a wonderful experience. We sat outside on the patio at 6:30 in May and it was not terrible at all. Our service was great but talk about the signature drinks wow!! I had the bluebonnet cocktail ( show stopper ) wow amazing. My husband had a beer as well! But let’s get to the food! We both scored our meals at a 10 and if the rating could go higher we would! We had the 7 oz filet with skillet potatoes and I had the chicken fried New York strip with mash potatoes, Mac and cheese and gravy! This over is a place you don’t want to miss out on! Top tier experience!

Wow! What an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. Josh made amazing recommendations and couldn’t have been more professional and positive. The meats were amazing and we sat outside with our dogs and everyone was so friendly. We highly recommend and will come back again!

REALLY DELICIOUS FOOD
EXCELLENT SERVICE

Overall my wife and I along with two of our grownup children had an amazing time here for dinner APR 2025.
But I’ll just start on a bad note. We did have a reservation and arrived 5 minutes early. We were told to wait - and ended up waiting 25 minutes. And was seated 20 minutes after our reservation. That was a bit disappointing - and also caused us to be late for the rodeo.

Well anyway. It did not ruin our experience here.
The staff (Reception area) is generally a bit reserved - but professional.
Our waitress was Dulce - just an amazing person. She really helped make this experience great. She is kind, polite, has a great humour, is attentive, respectful and professional. Yes. She really amazed us.

I love the style and decor of 97West. Just a really great vibe overall.

The menu is not too big, which I believe is a good thing. Better have a smaller menu and excel at it than have a lot of choices and be mediocre. And 97West excel at their food.
They do have quite a nice selection of beverages. But it would be nice with a greater selection of wines from Texas. Could include Reddy Vineyard or Becker Vineyard.

The food tasted amazingly good. For starters we had:
BLT deviled eggs
Shishito pepper crab dip
Charcuterie board

The eggs were ok - needed a little more spice - but not bad at all.
The charcuterie board was big enough for 2-3 persons as a starter.

For main courses we had:
Bison tenderloin
Broken Arrow Ranch Antelope
2 x Redfish

All main courses were absolutely amazing.

Definitely a place to dine if visiting the The Stockyards. Make sure to have a reservation :-)

This meal blew my mind! Starting with the cocktails, the apps, and the entree not one single thing disappointed! Our server was well versed on the menu and made fantastic recommendations that everyone tried and loved! The atmosphere is great, I caught myself looking around at all the different details in the decorations. 10/10 recommend!

The food here is perfect. I had the bison tenderloin. It's the best steak I've ever had. I sampled the mac and cheese. It was amazing. I've also had the brussel sprouts. They were amazing. Our group had a few other appetizers I forgot the name of but they were all amazing.
