The first Eddie v’s we went to was on the recommendation from a bell hop from the downtown Hilton in Austin. That was 2009. Have a loyal customer ever since.

The brand and the customer service, hospitality, and friendliness are top notch. We haven’t been in to the Fort Worth location in over a year but yet I call and explain it’s my anniversary and that flowers will be arriving for the table. The ladies are extremely helpful and are more than happy to assist.
Then from the maitre de to the waitress all night it’s happy Anniversary. Service and experience are what this restaurant and its staff cares about!!!

It was my birthday and I celebrated at Eddie V's. I dined alone but the staff made me feel welcomed. When I arrived at my table there was a happy birthday card on the table.😊I knew that I was in for a good experience. Jennifer was my fantastic server. She did an excellent job of celebrating me and serving food with a smile, and checking to see if I needed anything. The food was absolutely delicious! I had a Ceasars salad, lamb chops, and asparagus. For dessert I had Bananas Foster. Everything was delicious! This was my first time at Eddie V's but it won't be my last. Other members of the staff also stopped by to wish me a happy birthday. Jennifer was the perfect server for a dining alone birthday guest. Thank you for treating me so well on my birthday ❤️

Great job from the live band, the food, the atmosphere, and the service of this place was top notch! Took a group of high lvl people here and everyone completely enjoyed it from top to bottom. We will be coming back again and again. Highly recommend the Bananas Foster! Best desert there by far!

Jean-Luc was phenomenal!! This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. We ordered the seafood tower for an appetizer and it was amazing. The drinks i’ve had a slight twist on their classic flavor. The béarnaise sauce for the filet medallions was top-tier. They brought us a sampler of different desserts to try and the banana Foster was our favorite. I never would’ve thought to try that. I can’t wait to come back!

Service and food is impeccable. We made a reservation in lieu of my anniversary and were greeted with a themed decor to celebrate the occasion along with complimentary champagne.

I will always recommend oysters as they always have seasonal shells to dab in. Lobster bisque is my top favorite and we tried butter poached lobster mash potatoes and lump crab cakes. Out of this world.

We also had a classic surf and turf and even divided it for us. Good look out on details. We will return again for our next occasion. Never disappoints. Keep up the great work.

Great experience for our Anniversary dinner last night. Joel was wonderful. So attentive and polite. The food was wonderful. We got the calamari, New York strip and Chilean Sea bass. The sea bass was perfection! Wish I got more pictures of the food to show. Overall, the experience was great from start to finish.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood with family and friends, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, perfect for a special occasion. Our waitress, Sarah, went above and beyond—her exceptional service truly made the night extra special. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening.

The food was absolutely delicious—fresh seafood, perfectly cooked steaks, and cocktails that were just as impressive. Everyone in our party was raving about their meals. Thank you, Eddie V’s, for making my birthday so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

The Fort Worth location consistently delivers exceptional service, making it an ideal choice for celebrating special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, and date nights, as well as hosting business or leisure guests visiting the area.

Despite a bustling atmosphere on certain nights, the staff goes above and beyond to make each guest feel like their table is the top priority. The sophisticated lounge and bar area, complete with live music every evening, adds to the restaurant’s inviting ambiance.

I truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday card and festive confetti awaiting us at our table. A special thank you to Joel for his kindness—we look forward to returning and enjoying another wonderful experience in your section!
