You need to experience Chef Parker's Walnut Gâteau aux Noix!
A French walnut cake drizzled with plum syrup with fresh, tart, plums. This is a phenomenal dessert paired with a cuppa' (coffee).
This is so moist and buttery. The sweetness of the cake and tartness of the plum was a beautiful balance. It is a seasonal dessert, but can be prepared if given proper notice.
