I placed a call in to go order at 6:17pm at the camp bowie location, the time is now going on to be 7:20pm and i’ve yet to receive my food. There have been NUMEROUS amounts of people who have entered received their food , been seated all the while i’m STILL waiting on my food!!! This is OUTRAGEOUS. No one has even kept me updated on my order , i’ve had to ask numerous times. Even after paying i wasn’t given or offered my receipt, i had to request it. The staff needs to do better looking out for ALL of its customers, I don’t like the fact that i’m one of a hand count of colored people in the facility.Pray this is not a racial issue but i can’t see any other issue at the moment.
