This is a little hidden gem! My husband and I were trying to find a restaurant we had not tried before and came across West + Stone in the Sheraton Downtown FW. The food was amazing! Well flavored, perfectly cooked steak frites with crispy fries, my husbands porkchop was tender enough to cut with a butter knife and also very well seasoned! The staff was very kind and on the ball, checking on us enough to make sure we had what we needed, but not so much it was annoying and everything came out quick and hot! It was quiet enough to talk, but not silent to a point of being uncomfortable. The price point is perfect. There were 4 of us and the entire bill with entrees and drinks was less than $150. All in all, I would highly recommend trying this little restaurant if you are in downtown FW any time soon.

I ate at West+Stone early on a Friday night. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The steak was delicious and the chocolate mouse cake was a great end to the meal.

The reviews are misleading. The service was very slow despite an almost empty restaurant. Our waitress was super nice, but not well supported by the kitchen or bar. Almost everyone’s food came out wrong, and with the slow kitchen service none of us were willing to wait for a remake. The food was pretty lackluster and the restaurant felt like your typical hotel restaurant.

First off …. KUDOS for hiring IVORY. She is a jewel. Her professionalism care for your customers, her attention to detail, her kindness, not to mention her lovely spirit. Is everything a business needs to greet customers and make them feel welcome and wanted in your business. She is a beautiful addition to your business and you should never let her go. She is customer service personified. I would like to say as much for your kitchen, but they don’t know how to read the ticket order and they kind of go with their own feelings and thoughts and do it their way can’t say a lot about that. The food was delicious. It was plentiful. Don’t have a problem with the food except for they don’t read orders and they don’t send out the order the way that they were written even in their simplest form.

This place is a hidden gem for dinner! We had some absolutely amazing food for a Hotel based Restaurant. The Braised Short Rib and cheddar Mashed Potatoes were to die for. And the Triple Chocolate cake was deadly.
Will be back for dinner in the future.

Awful. Service was terrible. Waitress took our orders then walked away before taking my son’s order. Breakfast buffet was not kept stocked AT ALL and when the food came out it was mediocre at best. They had a great menu when I looked on line and when we got there the whole thing had changed. I am so disappointed as I have to stay at the hotel.

Had pretty late night dinner here. Service was great but the place was almost empty except for the bar. Tried their salmon fish and Cesar salad. Salad was really delicious and quite large. Salmon was good but the asparagus was a bit bland but honestly I blame it on the asparagus. The restaurant is inside the hotel and I definitely recommend it over the room service option

Having a hard time understanding why this place isn’t packed! Food is very solid for a hotel. VERY solid. Service is good too. I will be returning to this Sheraton just because of this!

Excellent food and service. Delivery of my order was prompt and the perfect temp. Smiles and care abounded from those serving. Atmosphere would be a five if only it wasn’t so quiet/there weren’t so many empty tables. If the restaurant doesn’t hit its stride in terms of numbers in the near future suggest a further expansion of the private dining spaces to make the restaurant a bit more ‘romantic’, decreasing available tables. Overall, whether staying at the Sheraton or just visiting town this is a good option for an evening meal.
