Mid experience, mid flavor. Definitely not worth a premium price tag at $9-15 per person. Too many good dessert shops in the area to try this one.

Val was amazing. She helped us figure out what we wanted and even let us record content. The food was amazing but she really made the experience a 10/10

The ice cream is good, but the associate working behind the counter was completely rude. I asked for a hot fudge sundae and she said that we don’t make them here. She didn’t smile or have any positive energy and she could have given me an example of what would be similar to order. I ended up getting an alternative because I was so distraught by her rude behavior. I didn’t even have time to tell her that I needed the ice cream to be dairy free. Will not be returning to this establishment. I am very disappointed.

I’ve never had any mistakes made at any Creamistry location, however, the girl making my order missed the flavor of the cookie butter for the ice cream (which I asked about) and the cookie dough bites were broken up in the ice cream. I’m giving two stars because the ice wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t what I expected and the texture of the cookie bites through it off. More training is needed but there is potential.

As I walked in, I was greeted & immediately helped.
The ice cream is made with the technique of liquid nitrogen! It’s a really cool concept of combining chemistry & ice cream! When the liquid nitrogen is making the ice cream, the col fog cools you down & makes for a fun show for everyone!

They have so many options to choose from, including non dairy!
You can customize your own by choosing the ice cream flavor, then toppings, sauces & then choose a cup, cone or waffle bowl!

So many delicious options & a fun show! The flavors are delicious & I tried the strawberry shortcake creation! It had so much cake, strawberry ice cream & whipped cream; it was a true strawberry shortcake!
Great area to walk around and grab this sweet treat!

This is a wonderful ice cream shop with lots of variety. I liked that you could make a shake out of any of the different options available. I chose the sea salted caramel nitro shake with Heath bar mixed in and it is amazing. This service here is lovely. Had been a long time since I’ve been in the server help me pick out some things that would meet my cravings and was super nice about it. The business is clean and does have a restroom available for customers. It is great place for families or date night.

Ice cream is pretty "meh" to me, UNLESS it's good quality, and this is about as high quality as you can get! They let you pick which milk base you want, along with toppings and mix-ins, and then they make it right there in front of you. It's pretty neat to watch! The regular size is quite small, but it was so rich and creamy, I didn't really need much more. It is expensive for what you get. 2 regulars with a couple of mix-ins each came out to $20, but hey it sure was delicious and makes for a good treat.

Great experience for a niche ice cream shop. The ice cream itself was very smooth a creamy 10/10..
The toppings were severely lacking 3/5 .. portions were small and price was very steep. We had 3 small and one medium and it was $43!

Not sure I’d come back at this price point …

*losing a star (would have been 4) for how dirty/trashy the place was despite the number of employees in the store* someone should be walking around picking up trash and wiping tables
