Huevos Rancheros ($14.95) with corn tortillas, coffee ($2.99). Chips and salsa come when you sit down. This breakfast will set you right no matter what state you were in when you arrived.

Food was good, not a lot of flavor but still decent. Tortillas were not store bought🙌🏾🙌🏾Service was friendly and there was not a wait to be seated. Will say that if seated by the window yall have to fight flies the whole time you are eating.

I never knew that there was a Esperanza’s in the southside

We came to eat here after my
Daughter’s graduation- tbh Everything we had was fresh and flavorful!

I ordered the Menudo and it was perfect!!

super clean, rich broth, and just how I like it.

The homemade tortillas were thick and hammy, exactly what you’d want with a good bowl of soup.

Everyone at our table enjoyed their food, and you can tell this spot is loved for a reason.

Only thing I’ll say is the inside was really hot and humid—it made me a little nauseous while eating my rather hot but fresh menudo lol 🥵🥵

Would’ve loved a fan or better AC, but still a solid experience food-wise.

Definitely worth the visit if you’re in Southside!

Food is good. House margaritas are pretty pricey and small but you get what you pay for. One of these will do the trick!

Had the best menudo! And breakfast all day??? You can’t beat that! Will definitely be visiting again.

Found a fly in one of their cookies that we had purchased. My brother bit into the cookie and noticed it. He is not feeling well, I thought his favorite pastry could cheer him up, but instead caused him to vomit.. We called the restaurant and made a complaint, they gave us two options which was a refund($1.49) on the cookie or come and select another pastry. NOPE! that's the last time I will purchase anything from this location. Disgusting!!
The bakery looks so run down and the pantries the past few times we've gone have looked old. This is called food poisoning. I've gone to culinary school too, so I know what having a kitchen clean looks like, and how to make sure your customers are kept safe! I will be making a report to the FDA about this. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!

We've ordered food for delivery but finally made it there, in person, today. Margaritas are yummy. Chips and salsa, thumbs up. We did ask for some lime to add to the salsa which kind of calmed down the heat but still great with or without. Service was great. Very busy but still got seated within 10 minutes. It was a Sunday early afternoon so we were there when church probably let out and was starting to get busy. Red sauce on the enchiladas is more like mole sauce. So if you're looking for traditional red sauce, this is not it. If you're looking for fancy decor, wrong place to be. But if you're looking for great food and service, It's the right place to be. 😃
