This is a great place. I was greeted right away by Emanuel. He took my order quickly and explained happy hour specials. Great atmosphere! Awesome rates during happy hour and food is always wonderful.
Ridiculously slow. As a delivery driver you are actively costing me money by forcing me to wait. Im seriously suspicious that they didn’t even start making it when I got to the drive through window and they had to come back to me a second time to ask who the order was for, to come back a third time to tell me they’re working on it. Gee, I sure hope someone is working right now. Some people only get paid WHEN they work not just for wasting time.
Edit: still waiting, everyone else in the drive through gave up and left. Service is just sad here.
For dinner we decided to order nachos. We got the grilled chicken and grilled steak. I ordered online and payed for extra garlic sauce, extra steak and extra queso- which none we received. For the price we paid, I’m not too happy with the portions we got, mostly chips, barely any meat and not even our extras.
Armando took our order and served us tonight and made our family feel amazing! Not only dinner and the incredible women in the kitchen get our food to us hot and fresh, but he even made sure the question was perfect for our very opinionated 4 y.o.. checking on us, bringing us our food drinks outside, everything was spotless and the custo.er service from he an other whole team was off the charts! What a standard of service he and the team set! We can't wait to come back to the Bryant Irvin location!
Sometimes I’m tasked with finding lunch cuisine well before lunch hours. Fuzzy’s was my superhero today. Armando took my phone order and to my surprise it was a very smooth experience; sometimes ordering over the phone for picky eaters can be painful. When I arrived drive thru, the same friendly guy who took my phone order, Armando - a store manager, greeted me with a smile. I have my ups and downs with Fuzzy’s, but today was definitely an “up.” It’s good to see that my favorite Fuzzy’s seems to be under positive leadership.
UPDATE: Management has taken care of the previous issue and the salad is perfection!! Thank you Fuzzy’s for your attention and for correcting the problem. 💚
One of my favorite items is the shredded chicken salad but the last two times I’ve bought it, the lettuce is not good. Wish I had some decent lettuce to go with my salad.
