First, I was told it was the best burger available anywhere. The menu was simple. The prices were fair, because you really get a superior burger. I appreciated the sign pointing out that this wasn't fast food. Still, although they were quite busy right before closing, I'd say I had my burger within 15 minutes. I ordered 1/2 lb burger with an extra patty, and it was perfect- cooked through, there were no pink spots, and it was better beef than I've ever found elsewhere. There was adequate staff, the restaurant was clean, and staff and guests were all very happy. But why settle for perfection? Areas that could be improved: A little excess water was on the freshly mopped restroom floors (be sure to use wet floor signs- use extra!), upsell /suggestively sell ( although I was asked if I wanted fries and drink) and employees could be slightly more knowledgeable about the products. 100% though, for sure! I'll be back!
