The service was good, given how busy they were. The seafood boil was delicious, BUT, get rid of the cups of Oil called Butter, NOT GOOD and they charge $2.00 extra if ordered with seafood, shouldn't hot butter always come with crab legs? We enjoyed Razoo's Cajun Cafe, minus the cups of Oil Butter.

I love Razoos food and vibe but this place is so hit or miss. Food was good today but service wasn’t and then our ticket was way wrong and I had to have them correct it. It wasn’t super crowded so I am guessing they were short staffed.

Submitted order for pick up by friend. The reason for the low mediocre rating is that several items were missing. Also, I received fries that I did not request. The seafood gumbo was not warm. The Coke was flat. The green beans looked like mush. However, the fried catfish, shrimp, and crawfish tails were tasty as expected. I'm sure the service would have been better if I had the opportunity to dine in the restaurant. Right now, disappointed 😒

In town for business and found this place.. they have a large menu. I had the jambalaya pasta and it tasted just as good as it sounds. Marie was my server and she was kind and efficient. She checked on me often and gave great suggestions. This will be my go-to spot this week!

I ordered the bayou bargain hurricane salmon with rice and steamed veggies and a lil salad with vinagrette dressing through doordash. But the past 5 or 6 times i ordered from them, I always get mashed potatoes, green beans, and ranch dressing. I used to get it correctly with rice and veggies. I called them to make sure they got it correct this time and they still got it wrong.

This time my fish was so small, its as big as the width of my finger. Very dissapointing. Ive called multiple times and tried to get this issue fixed. I love this restaraunt but im trying to eat healthier and the green beans and mashed potatoes are not healthy and neither is ranch dressing. I have health issues so i have to be careful what i eat and everytime im dissapointed. Im not sure whats going on but this is frustrating.😔 This happens during both lunch and dinner hours. On top of everything, salmon is over cooked, burnt, stiff, doesnt seem fresh, not edible, smells burnt, dry, not flakey. So sad

Amazing food!!! The food had great flavor, came out fairly quickly, and portions are more than enough. Our waiter was Jordan and he was very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu items, and everything tasted just as he described. We ordered the chicken and sausage gumbo, bacon/shrimp grit fritters, gator tail basket with fries and dirty rice, and 2 kids cheeseburger meals. I rate this restaurant a 10/10. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at our first time at this Razzoos’s location! Our server Dom did an amazing job and it was a great family experience. Dom recommended the seafood trio étouffée and stuffed fish and he was right! They’re amazing! He also kept us up to date on the progress of our order and made sure nothing was missing through our whole experience. Little to no wait to enter the restaurant as well. Overall great experience and great Cajun food, definitely recommend.
