I called before I came and asked about all you can eat ribs. I was told that they didn't do that at the downtown location, which was the location I live nearest to. So I went to Benbrook's location, which was 27 miles away. I didn't mind because I just knew that it was going to be like my experience from the main store. The outlook of the place wasn't appealing. I ordered the 2 meat 3 vegetables plate 🍽 which was recommended by employee Preston, who was very polite and courtesy because I was undecisive. I've never had beef ribs. So I didn't want to get all you can eat. So we came up with the 2 meat which he told me try the beef ribs which I was to recieve 4 pieces and 4 pieces of the pork ribs! My sides were the onion strings N fried okra and banana 🍌 pudding. It was an upcharge for my one side. Now
When I received my food 20 minutes after I placed my order. My food was cold, and I only received 4 ribs total on my plate. Preston apologized for his manager and stated he made a mistake. I was starving, so I began eating the pork ribs it was ok. Like I said, all my food was cold. Then, when it came to try the beef ribs, I pinched off the meat that fell to the side, and omg,it was horrible. It's was nothing but pure fat an greasy and hard an stale like it was old and sat up for days. I brought it to Preston's attention and and asked can I have something to replace the beef ribs because I couldn't eat them. He said he asked his manager. Then he came back and said he couldn't because I ate most of my food. I told him I didn't eat the beef ribs. That's the way it looked on my plate. So I asked again if I could speak to the manager. She then repeated that I couldn't exchange. I told her I wasn't trying to eat for free. I just wanted to eat something I paid for. She then stated she knew because she wasn't going to give me a refund anyway. Then stated with a smirk on her face after complete silence said I can get you some more beef ribs that I mentioned that were cold along with the rest of my food she brought it back 13 mins later and omg it was hot but far more worse than the first ones with more fat an dripping in disgusting grease. I'm a heart patient, so I definitely couldn't eat that. I asked Preston if I could have the corporate number and managers name. He went to ask the manager and she told me that she said her name was CEE CEE an that the corporate number was on my receipt. I told him that was the store telephone ☎️ number on my receipt, and I called it while he stood there in shame because you can clearly hear it ringing. He apologized again and said he agreed that my food was as bad as I said it was . I said OK so she's refusing to give me corporate number and I said, "That's fine. I'll get it and I did from another store. Meanwhile why I was making the calls the manager pass by my table 4 times. Other customers came in, and a Caucasian gentleman said the same thing about the slice beef lol 😆 right after she just brought mind to the table. She gave him some more with 2 seconds flat but I guess he was satisfied with his an ate an left. Finally, I wrapped things up called another store manager on Camp Bowie, and he gave me the supervisor's # Continuing from my previous post. The staff and whole crew food service and atmosphere were great. But the 9000 Benbrook Blvd store # 817-249-3320 in Fort Worth tx will never see me again. I also was bragging to my friends and family about my experience clearly on my visit from the main store downtown Fort Worth . Rebecca and the crew gets 10 stars 🌟 because immediately she went into management mode and was going to refund me because she thought I was talking about her store and I said no, mam. Then she apologized over an over for Benbrooks store. The Mgr at Camp Bowie was as courteous as well. I left pictures of my experience. Ps I forgot the pickles were soft and very bitter not sour bitter like the jar was left in the sun then back in the icebox . Like hot piss. So if you want old, greasy, cold stale food and run down store, then go to the one in Benbrook .
