I came to Fort Worth on a business trip and I decided to try this Massage Envy location. Everything was beyond my expectations. My massage therapist YADIRA, just amazing!!! She knew exactly where to touch me. I truly recommend her to anyone who needs an incredible massage. The staff were friendly, everything was clean... so, my 5 stars review totally deserved 💯
What a fantastic spot if you are looking for the best massage in the area. Yadira has earned a customer for life. Yadira was as kind as ever and really paid attention to the areas I needed attention on. She asks your pressure preference and caters to your specific body. Yadira has years of experience and was professional and caring. You can tell she is passionate in helping others and loves her craft. I would highly recommend her to friends and family!

I have been a long time 10 year client. I believe in a good massage 1 to 2x a month and massage envy is easy to book and always consistent good service from the front desk to the treatment room. Sabrina has been my massage therapist for over a year and she is amazing!! Her massages are firm and she listens and cares what areas have extra tension. I have had several great therapist over the years and Sabrina is one of the best !
People are right about this place being a scam. I showed up 5 minutes late due to traffic lights being off along the way. No problem though only 5 minutes off my massage. I go in and everyone is very smug about me being late which made me feel even worse. The girl at the front says she’ll do my intake fast so I can get back there fast so we do the intake super quick. I get into the back and have my massage and she finishes my massage that was scheduled to start at 6:00 at 6:50. I’m confused at this point because the timing didn’t add up. When I asked the front desk about it she smugly told me I was late and that I got 5 minutes off my time. I said I understood but how am I walking out 10 early? So even with the extra 5 minutes to get dressed there was still an extra 5 minutes of massage time that I didn’t get. So basically they rushed my intake and had me hurry in just to end my massage early that I paid full price for. Absolutely horrible customer service both in communication and practice. Will not be back to massage envy you are a number not a customer. Spend your money at a nice local place you’ll be treated with way more respect.
