I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager and it has always been a reliably good meal. The service is always great, and i would highly recommend to anyone wanting an inexpensive and tasty meal. It is a little “hole in the wall” spot that I feel like isn’t talked up enough.

We routinely come for the Antonio salad followed by Chicken Calabrese and Linguine with red clam sauce. These are some of the two best dishes on the menu!

Oh my. I hate leaving bad reviews. I would like to think I am an Italian Foody with my 40 years eating at restaurants across the globe. Milano's disappointed me with their spaghetti and meatballs with bolognese sauce. Well when it arrived at the table my stomach kind of turned. Before me was a plate of pasta, two giant meat balls, covered with what looked to be baby diarrhea. It was a bright yellow color. Not at all what I expected. Ugh! I gave it the benefit of the color issue and took a bite. Yuk! The taste was not much better than the color. I had to stop with one bite and ask the waitress to take it away. My wife's meal, Fettuccini Alfredo, was a little better. She rated it a 3 out of 5. If I were Milano's I would fire the chef. Sorry, I had no pleasure writing this. Best wishes! $60 bucks, not worth it!

The food was good. I ate the chicken Parmesan and it was amazing. I’m not a spaghetti person so I did not eat the spaghetti. The fettuccine was really good. The bread was amazing. The calamari was really good. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was nice

LOVE this place! The food is fabulous, authentic and very tasty!
I ordered the seafood linguini with the red sauce (as the waiter suggested). It was excellent (baby clams, jumbo shrimp, calamari, and some other kind of meat--crab maybe).

The food and the service are excellent, the ambience nice and the price is fair. (I think I ordered the most expensive dish on the menu at $23.99. I could not finish it, they give good portions. And before you order, they give yo ok 8 hau 2 lovely rolls with herbs on top and a plate of seasoned olive oil to dip that delicious homemade bread in. I promise, they give good portions.
If you're looking for great Italian, then look no further than Milano's on Camp Bowie!

Nice restaurant and food is good. The Alfredo needs more Parmasian and is pretty runny. The red sauce all you taste is tomato. Sauces need more flavor. Chicken parm was pretty good and so was the bread.

I have been eating here for over 20 years, a consistently good restaurant, especially for lunch. The lunch specials menu all include a salad and are reasonably priced. Today I had the cannelloni which came out bubbling hot and was so tasty. The salad is simple and can be had with the wonderful House tomato dressing. Fresh baked rolls top off the meal. Highly recommended. My server today was Elisa, she did a very nice job of taking care of me.

My first time to eat here.
Delicious!! The Tortellini was the absolute best I've ever had.
We also tried the Sampler.
It was good but not the best I've ever had.
The knots were fantastic!
The side salad was simple. Nothing special. We will be going back!
