I was injured by a strtch studio in fort worth and they kept taking my money without rectifying my injury. I cancelled my subscription. I started yoga to fix the problems they have cause. Yoga has definetly help me to fix the damage but my body is feeling and stronger than ever. Thank you

This studio is absolutely incredible! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Sue, along with the amazing instructors and staff, truly go above and beyond to create a fantastic experience. The classes are great, offering something for everyone, and the people here are just as wonderful.

One of the standout features is how impeccably clean the entire studio is — from the restrooms to the workout spaces, everything is spotless and well-maintained. It's clear that every detail is taken care of with care and professionalism. I can’t recommend this studio enough! If you’re looking for a place with great energy, excellent classes, and a true sense of community, this is it!🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️❤️

Zen Hot Yoga Ftw is by far the best yoga studio I have been to in DFW. The studio is always clean, and smells clean, in fact you watch them clean as soon as class ends. They provide cooling towels after class, the women's shower is stocked with any self care items a gal might need. I love how they have more than one Pilates/strength class - they never disappoint. Soon as I move back to FTW I will gladly become a member again!

Beautiful studio, very spacious dressing rooms and plenty of parking. Thankfully, Sue brought all these things that were missing from previous Fort Worth Bikram studios into this location. The teachers are friendly and welcoming, and the addition of other yoga types is fantastic. This is by far my favorite studio in the area!

Zen Hot Yoga is a fantastic hot yoga studio. I have tried many nearby studios and this one takes the cake. They are the only studio in the area that practice the traditional bikram hot yoga and they do it well. The studio is inviting and beautiful. The staff makes you feel like a regular even on your second class. I could not recommend them any higher!
