First, I was so excited to find a salon open late. The website appointment portal didn't work, so I called for an appointment. I still waited for about 30 minutes, although it's a gorgeos salon. When I got seated for my pedicure, I had high hopes. Unfortunately, the tech I got clearly didn't want to be working anymore. She started excuses almost immediately, including why she didn't like being there and why she wasn't really into the massage part of the higher level pedicures. I should have offered to switch techs or asked if she wanted to stop, but have been wanting a pedicure for a very long time. Her massage included using her arm and closed fist to beat against my legs, which I've never seen used. Then, the callous remover process went straight to a cheese grater, which hurt immensely and even cut me. Yet, somehow she didn't get the calluses off. I didn't realize how bad it was until I had pain with walking for nearly a week.
The chair was very uncomfortable. The parking was nearly impossible.
I was also sold a 'featured' pedicure, which was basically the deluxe plus a packet of pumkin puree, for twice the price.
As promising as a late night salon is, I recommend skipping this one.
The attached picture is the cut after 5 days, nearly healed.
