Completely disappointed and honestly shocked by the lack of care and responsibility. I went in for a bleach and tone and left with bleach-stained clothes and bleach still in my hair. Not only did my stylist ruin my outfit by getting bleach on it, but she also left product in my hair that I didn’t realize was still there until a week later—when I finally washed it out myself and saw a ring of bleach on my shirt where my hair ends .By then, the damage was already done. My hair has been compromised because of pure negligence. I trusted this salon and stylist with my hair, and instead I walked away with damaged hair, ruined clothes, and no accountability from the manager Richard at all saying they can’t verify that the bleach left in my hair was their fault….. which is weird when I came to his salon for a BLEACH AND TONE a week before. They say they offer smocks but when I told the stylist I could feel the bleach going down my neck and onto my clothes she offered nothing. UPDATE: Any salon that tells you bleach left in your hair isn’t an issue should be a warning to anyone, also I emailed this person twice and they did not respond until I left this review saying they were gonna give me a refund until I posted it. Maybe get back to your customers in a timely manner and have better business practices!
