My inspo pics vs what I got
Since the business has replied that it was due to my box dye. Let me get the fact straight this time, the box dye was on lower half of my hair. BTW the box dye was medium copper red not black, so you could easily see the line where the box dye started. BLACK is my natural hair color. I told my stylist maycee explicitly to not care about the color on lower half with the dye as I was ready to cut my hair the same day to a bob if there was any mishap with color. I told her to focus on the virgin hair, which is more than half my hair. She had actually prepared a separate pricing with the haircut for just in case. Now let’s talk about the actual experience, the coloring process took more than 5 hours. Also, I had uploaded my inspo pics, but there was no earlier communication made my stylist beforehand. I am stating it because Alyssa who had previously cut my hair had called me before the appointment to communicate better on my expectations and what she could deliver, which I respect. Now talking about correction that you guys offered, Marrisa had informed me that the correction would be performed by the same stylist, which I do not want. I would not want it to be corrected by same stylist risking more damage to the hair.
