Great experience. I like the room and float tank layout. The ceiling heater is a nice touch. Very clean and the atmosphere is perfect.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and intentional- exactly what you want when you’re ready to decompress. I experienced both the infrared sauna and float therapy (the Flauna package), and left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed. The staff took time to explain everything, making it easy to fully let go and enjoy the experience.

As a medical professional, I love how City Cave blends wellness and science- their services help reduce inflammation, support detoxification, improve circulation, and regulate the nervous system, which are all key to skin health and overall recovery.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to restore balance, reduce stress, or just hit pause for an hour. This is self-care at a cellular level.

This was my second time here in 3 weeks! I did all 3 services the first time and all were amazing! Today I did a massage and then floated. I have floated in several other places all over the country. In tanks and pods. The float experience here is by far the absolute best ever! It is a more of an open experience, with your own private pool and shower. It takes away all of the anxiety of being shut in a pod, with options to have lights on or off in the room. You also have 3 options for relaxing sounds and 3 options for the timing of the sound and a button in the tank to turn the lights on or off so you don’t have to get out of the water. There is also an emergency button. The shower offered shampoo, conditioner and body wash and they have disposable wash cloths to shower with. When you’re done showering after a float, they have a complimentary beauty bar ($2 for a comb) but everything else is very nice! My only word of caution, is be careful walking in the float room if the floor is wet, and be careful on a wet floor with the disposable slippers, but that is any we floor. There is also a quiet room where you can sit in your robe between treatments with hot tea. I bought a package this time and then today signed up for a membership. They have several different options and price points. I am now going to quit going to the high priced luxury spas. This place offers soooo much more relaxation experiences. Lasty….if you get a massage, ask for Hannah!

****So Im updating this review*** the experience was still amazing, but after looking at my receipt, that gets emailed to you, there is a 3% processing fee for paying with a credit card. Now maybe it's it some small print somewhere im not sure, and thats on me, but when we checked out we also asked if we could split it, and that was going to cause an issue with thier system so we didnt. Now THAT RIGHT THERE would have been the perfect time to maybe mention the fee. That is a little frustrating to me because who carries over $400 in cash to avoid this fee? I have yet to be able to speak with anyone to find out if it's the same fee for a debit card.

A friend and I came here for the first time for a relaxing day. From the beginning it was amazing, the staff was great and helpful. The sauna was nice, hot but relaxing! Then we sat in the relaxation room while we waited to head to the float pool, they had amazing bluebonnet tea. Next we did the salt float pool, they provide you with ear plugs, there's a headrest, you can have music or not, lights on or not. It was the most relaxed my body has ever been. There is a shower in the same room so you can wash off the salt water, with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which is so nice! Next we did the massage, they were so accommodating, asked how we liked the pressure, areas we wanted to focus on. It was a great experience. So much so that I've been telling everyone I work with and I plan on buying the membership!

I had my first float therapy experience here and I cannot recommend this enough!! City Cave has friendly staff and every single amenity you could need. Their relaxation room for after sessions is perfect for readjusting and getting ready to go back to the real world. I’m scheduling another float session ASAP!!
