I took my mother to this hair dye bar for an emergency appointment after our regular stylist had to cancel. The experience was deeply disappointing. During her three-hour visit, no one offered her water or any basic hospitality. The hair color result was ok.
Most concerning was the large halo of hair dye left around my mother’s face. When I pointed it out upon pickup, the staff claimed they intentionally left the stains, expecting clients to remove them with provided cotton and stain remover. However, no one informed my mother of this or offered her the materials until I raised the issue. The provided stain remover was ineffective, and a second product was given only after further complaint. The attendant then implied the issue was due to my mother’s “dry skin” and suggested the stains might fade in a few hours, which was inaccurate and unprofessional. No additional assistance or compensation was offered.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and unaddressed staining left my mother looking and feeling uncomfortable. I would not recommend this salon and will not return
