Chic Italian fare in a charming atmosphere of jazz music. Impeccable service, diverse menu, and cozy decor. Salad, warm bread, rottini bolognese, tiramisu, and espresso at a great price. Gratzi Mille.

A group of friends and I came into town for an event and were excited to try Al Dente for lunch. On Sunday we arrived around 12:30 PM, expecting them to be open since both their door signage and Google Maps listing say they open at noon. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed — the lights were off and the door was locked.

We were really looking forward to a nice meal, but after waiting a bit and seeing no signs of activity, we decided to go elsewhere. It was disappointing, especially since we had heard good things on Google maps.

It would be helpful if Al Dente updated their Google listing and front door signage to reflect their actual hours. It would have saved us time and disappointment.

A very clean restaurant. The Tuna Tartar was my favorite. The shrimp skewers, pasta Primavera, shrimp alfredo, and kids cheese pizza were all good, too. The meatballs were just okay, but the sauce was wonderful. The waitress was quiet but doesn't deserve the bad reviews given here. She was very attentive, polite and the food came out quick. The portions were small but priced accordingly. We liked that. We didn't overeat or have leftovers to deal with in the hotel.

Loved the atmosphere, service, and the food. They had a beautiful agate counter top for those dining alone and tables for groups. I was surprised to see it was only myself and one other party there, but it was midweek. If you're looking for affordable, traditional Italian food, try this place!

Enjoyed Al Dente on a Sunday afternoon. Great service, wonderful chill atmosphere and the food was good. Linguine Alla Vodka was nice and creamy, the Pasta Promavera was full of vegetables perfectly cooked and the Tortellini/Amateiciana was delicious.

The teenager and I wanted some Italian yummy food, so we decided to try al dente in FORT WORTH. The place was small but the service was amazing. The food was delicious. The bread was phenomenal. The teenager had fettuccine Alfredo. I had fettuccine Primavera and it was all very very yummy. Highly recommended as always. please support your local businesses. And this is bring bring your own drink and they will help you with the glasses and the service.
