B&B Butchers & Restaurant — Fort Worth’s Premier Upscale Steakhouse and Butcher Shop

If you’re looking for the ultimate Fort Worth steakhouse experience, B&B Butchers & Restaurant at The Shops at Clearfork delivers on every level. A Texas-based upscale steakhouse and traditional butcher shop, B&B Butchers specializes in high-quality meats and elevated customer service — a combination that has made it one of the most celebrated dining destinations in Cowtown. Housed in The Shops at Clearfork, guests enjoy elegant dining paired with a menu boasting the finest Texas and Japanese Wagyu beef, as well as in-house 28-day and 55-day dry-aged USDA Prime beef, all hand-cut in the on-site butcher shop. From the moment you walk through the door, the sophisticated ambiance, impeccable service, and the tantalizing aroma of perfectly aged beef make it clear — this is a special occasion restaurant that feels like one.

The menu at B&B Butchers is a meat lover’s dream, but it goes well beyond a standard steakhouse lineup. Fan favorites include Tommy’s Bacon — thick, sweet, and savory slabs that guests consistently call the highlight of the meal — alongside a crisp classic wedge salad, perfectly charred asparagus, and filet medallions elevated with optional truffle butter. The corn casserole, stuffed shrimp, and housemade meatball appetizer have their own devoted following, and the freshly baked rolls arrive with a trio of butters — pink salt, Vermont maple, and German mustard — that could honestly be a course of their own. Portions are generous throughout, with cuts like the veal chop and beef Wellington known to easily satisfy more than one person, and the family-style vegetable sides rounding out the table beautifully. The cocktail program and curated wine list are equally worthy of attention, with a weekday Social Hour from 2–5 p.m. offering specialty bites and drinks at the bar and patio.

B&B Butchers Fort Worth is open Monday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Private and back rooms are available for birthdays, anniversaries, and business dinners, and the restaurant’s 4.8-star rating across more than 3,100 OpenTable reviews speaks for itself. Whether you’re treating a client, celebrating a milestone, or simply craving the best steak in Fort Worth, B&B Butchers is the answer. Consistently good. Food and service is outstanding, great ambiance. Sat at the bar area in a booth but it was not overly loud like some other restaurants. I got a prime ribeye steak and while it was cooked to Perfection it was a little tough but all in all great experience.

Fantastic steakhouse in Clearfork! The service was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish—attentive without being overbearing. The steak was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The bread service was a standout as well, especially the rosemary & sea salt bread—top-notch! They also have an extensive wine list with something for every palate. Highly recommend for a special night out or when you just want an exceptional meal.

My most favorite dish is Tuna Tartare*.
This is best for sushi lover! I will go back to just enjoy this dish. I am not a fan of Beef Wellington and the pasta. I got the free dessert, Chocolate Cake, it has three layer, and it is delish and nummy! It contains coffee, but i did not taste the bitter coffee at all, which is great for me!

Great night last evening for the patio.
Ribeye and Beef Wellington were wonderful.

Oysters and Cinco Leches were amazing.

What really made the whole 1st time visit phenomenal was our server, Summer.

She was engaging, funny, listening carefully to all questions and if she wasn't sure of an answer, she immediately went and checked.

Summer was perfectly attentive, and made sure every item was enjoyed.

I would have taken pics of the ribeye and Wellington, but I was so busy enjoying it, I forgot to.
