Had a date with the hubby for all day happy hour on Sunday, and it did not disappoint!

The Crispy Brussel Sprouts were FANTASTIC! Super flavorful and cooked just right. We ordered Shishito Peppers, and I was nervous because I don't do spicy and i ate them no problem. The sauce they are served in was "life changing" as the bartender told us and she was telling the truth. Save it and dip your sushi in it...you can thank me later!

We ordered two different kinds of Sake; I unfortunately can't recall the name but it's one with a rice custard base🤤. It was pleasantly good!

Our Lion King and Tidal Wave rolls were fantastic, and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely love Blue Sushi. The service is great. The food was amazing. And the cocktails were dangerously yummy! 😁

It can be a bit pricey at times, but what great sushi place isn't? We happened to dine during happy hour and what a difference in price that made. No change in the quality or quantity of food. I have a severe food allergy and they went above and beyond to keep me safe without compromising taste. I highly recommend this restaurant! Word of warning, the parking is not so great. And don't be fooled by the lot next to the building. It is NOT for the businesses in the building where Blue Sushi is located and will tow/boot your vehicle.

The quality of the fish in here is amazing. Hands down. I’ve been to about 10 sushi restaurants in the Dallas and Dallas Fort Worth area and this is either competing for number 1, or a top 3, nothing below. The service was great, absolutely nothing to complain about. They play great R&B/alternative music in the back ground, overall great experience, it might be a little over priced compared to competitors, but I would pay again, it’s well worth it, only negative thing I’d say is 1 out of 2 of my drinks were okay, espresso martini was great, the texican mixed drink was okay.

We have eaten here several times and the food is always fabulous! They tend to get very busy on the weekends so I would suggest a reservation on weekends and they do their best to maintain very good service with the weekend crowd, but just know they are a popular spot for a reason! The food is so good! My husband and I decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary on our actual anniversary last night (Wednesday) and instead of waiting for the weekend and we are so glad that we did!!! The place is quite a bit less crowded on weeknights, we got to catch part of the happy hour that goes till 6:30, and we told them on our reservation that it was for our anniversary and we had always wanted to order a sushi boat before, but had never ordered one because it’s generally set menu and we just wanted to order a bunch of specialty rolls and have it served on boat. Let me tell you they outdid themselves! I’m not sure if they just love anniversary or if it’s because we went on a not so busy night and they really had time to go above and beyond, but they truly made the night so special! Our waiter was fabulous, the manager came by and checked up on us and wished us a happy anniversary, they gave us a delicious coconut rum shot on the house (I’m not even a shots girl, but I can appreciate a delicious little dessert liqueur that you can sip on and *chefs kiss* this was a delicious little sipping shot-I will be ordering it in the future). They plated our dessert with a little happy anniversary sign, and they even gave us a card signed by the staff. They truly made the night so special! And I have to say, ordering sushi on a sushi boat really lived up to the hype. It was really fun.

What a nice restaurant. The architecture very interesting. Really nice 500 gallon saltwater fish tank in the center of the restaurant. Great service and really good sushi. Features a lot of vegetarian-based sushi rolls which are interesting to try, especially the mushroom based roll. As well as all the other typical sushi styles.

Victoria was our server and she absolutely knocked it out of the park!! She recommended 5 different rolls, all different in flavor and presentation, and we couldn’t decide so we got all 5. She did not warn us that our minds would be blown by the flavor profile from each. I am picky about my sushi, and I tried rolls I never would have picked on my own, but she was so passionate about the flavor. I am most sad that I live so far and cannot eat here every single day for the rest of my life.
John, I’m assuming the manager, also came by and it’s very refreshing to go to a restaurant where the managers care about the customers. He was also very passionate about the food they serve, AS HE SHOULD BE!
I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone living in Fort Worth or traveling through. This is a stop you NEED to add!!!!

Delicious sushi spot! Joined a fellow sushi lover for our first time and we were really impressed. The menu is stocked full of all sorts of options. Our server asked our usual preferences and made some suggestions and he was 5 for 5! We especially loved the thriller and tataki maki. I wish I loved closer as I'd be back often to try a lot more rolls.
