Very solid Italian restaurant with some really good focaccia. It was cold the day we went so we didn’t sit outside, but they also have a really nice outdoor area with seating.

Coco was our waitress and she was so very polite. She gave us all the details on the menu offerings and answered all of our questions. We shared the meatballs, salad, and lemon pasta (spaghetti al limone) with the house made tagliatelle noodles. The salad was probably one of the best I’ve ever had with fresh fig, pear, apple and strawberries. The pasta was great and the sauce was light but rich all in one. The noodles had a great “chew” and the meatballs were good, as well. Prices are a bit high, but I do think it was worth it for me.

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my early birthday. It took us a little while to find the place, as it’s tucked away in an alley. The atmosphere was cozy and made us feel like we were in Italy. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was amazing — you could tell everything was fresh and handmade. However, the pappardelle al ragu and the short rib with polenta were underseasoned for my taste. Otherwise, I’d definitely come back to try other items on the menu.

I was really excited to finally try this place with my husband after hearing about it for weeks, but we left disappointed. The main issue was the service, which seems to be a common theme in other reviews. None of the staff were particularly friendly, and the two servers helping us never cracked a smile. Our server seemed irritated when we asked for guidance on the menu as first-time guests.

The food was average at best—maybe a 6/10. We shared the Polpette al Sugo meatballs, which were too mushy, and my Carbonara seemed to be missing the richness of a proper egg yolk and quality guanciale. My husband ordered the all’Arrabbiata, but even he admitted I make it better at home.

Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the hype and isn’t somewhere we’d rush back to.

I wanted to give this restaurant a higher rating but the inconsistent food and service really dropped my rating which I would give 3.5 overall it's just not 4 stars based on the value. I will say we were there on an absolutely packed Sat night
.. Starting on the positive the house salad was the best dish of the night with great contrasts in textures and flavors. Then the inconsistenty starts happening in that one aranchini was fried more than the other per my picture the inside of one was cold and unappetizing. Likewise on the Octopus one leg was tender thhe other was tough; the sauce was excellent and paired well with half of the dish. I was super excited to see Cappelletti on the menu but the pasta was a bit too al dente for my taste and the filling lacked much flavor. Service was good but they never asked why I left half of my plates uneaten as they were super busy. I enjoyed the mezcalita cocktail veryuch so I will probably give this place another try when I just want an appetizer and a drink.

Lovely evening. All of the wait staff are fantastic. They are professional and sweet. The ricotta scarpetta was the favorite of the evening, good for an appetizer or dessert. Authentic taste of Italy.

Wow! This was an amazing dinner! We came on a Wednesday evening and sat at the bar. Jakob and Justina provided excellent service- well versed on the menu options and provided recommendations.
The drinks were great and the food was amazing. I have a gluten allergy and Jakob shared that one of their specials that day was gluten free- it was by far the best steak/salad I’ve had the steak was tender and flavorful and the salad dressing was simple with the right balance!! The rest of the crew had bread, meatballs, and rigatoni which everyone loved!

The outdoor patio is quaint and perfect during the evening. The ricotta scarpetta appetizer is a must! The lightly toasted bread, hint of honey drizzle with rosemary is heaven. I had the classic carbonara. The sauce is very rich and heavy, but so tasty. I cannot wait to come back and taste other items on the menu. OH THE WINE!!

We went for a birthday celebration and had a wonderful meal. We had a 4:30 reservation on a Friday and were promptly seated. Jakob, our waiter, gave a great description of the menu while offering some personal favorites. The croquet appetizer was hot, with a firm and crunchy outer layer. The textures were balanced well. Our pasta dishes were amazing and the portion sizes were appropriate and not overwhelming. We had enough room for desert. The custard was delicate, silky, and the fruit just sweet enough for a fresh taste on the palette. We will be back!

10/10 is the only phrase that comes to mind. Showed up with a party of three and no reservations. No problem. The very helpful gentleman that seems to run things around there found some room for us at the bar after a short wait. Immediately we were greeted by a busy bartender and handed menus. She kindly answered all my questions about daily selections and we began ordering. You have to order apps and entrees at the same time. We shared the meatballs and focaccia which was brought to us just minutes after we ordered. Hands down the most perfect tasting and perfect texture meatballs I’ve ever had. The entrees came a bit later but worth every second of the wait. The pomadoro tastes exactly what you think eating fresh pasta in Italy will be like. The lasagna was heavenly and fresh and the desserts absolute perfection of freshness and traditional yet with a twist. Going again tomorrow and every single time I am in town.
