Perfection as always. The best location. Staff is friendly, food is fast and fresh. Always try the butter flower cookie. Tried Olivia’s Old South today and it’s my new fave.

I ordered the Southwest Señorita Sandwich ($8) on a croissant. The chicken salad was exactly what you would expect - nothing more, nothing less. The croissant is an excellent choice for the bun of the sandwich and goes very well with the chicken salad. The meal also comes with a mini frosted cookie and pickle, making the $8 a reasonable price. The food here is pretty average, but it does its job as a quick meal for someone during the work day. I would only come back for the convenience, not taste. The customer service was amazing though. Overall, I would only come if you like chicken salad or want a lighter meal during the work day.

Southwest Senorita was FIRE! Presentation was excellent! They let me sample it before I ordered which was awesome! Even comes with a lil buttercream frosting cookie! Wish we had one in Waco!

The food was really good. This was my first time coming here. I bought the chicken melt with Sassy Scotty with Grape salad (no lettuce lol). It was very good.

My only complaint was after we ate and talked for a bit. I was still hungry. So this was a lite snack..

Chicken salad chick is always fresh and tasty. I wasn’t a fan of the baked potato soup. It just was kind of blah to me, but the chicken salad is beyond amazing. And the little cookie is good too.

This was my first time trying Chicken Salad Chick, and I’m so glad I finally did! I’ve heard great things about it, and it certainly lived up to the hype. The chicken salad was delicious, and the place had a charming, Southern belle vibe.

Upon entering, I was greeted warmly and guided to the cashier for assistance since it was my first visit. Stephen was phenomenal! He is a rare kind of employee. I told him it was my first time, and he explained everything in great detail, offering his top recommendations and even providing samples. He was the best part of my experience.

I ordered the “Sassy Scotty” melt with plain kettle chips, a divine watermelon tea, and a delightful chocolate rice crispy treat—all based on Stephen’s recommendations. The whole meal was a 10/10! They should definitely consider a bigger cookie that comes with it because it’s So Good!

Since that visit, I’ve been back twice! The food is consistently fresh and tasty. Highly recommend. Thank you, Chicken Salad Chick, for a pleasant experience!

Smiling faces great food. When I asked for more lemons, it was given without any hesitation. They were out of ice at the machine but made sure they got some for customers at the back. The store was clean, a nice atmosphere.
