The bagels are cut so unevenly that it's not pleasant to eat. You get a chip and a giant piece of bread. Clearly shows they don't care about quality.

I had never eaten bagels or a bagel sandwich before…They bought them at work and they were so good. The bagels were perfect and they even had bagel dog treats that my dog gobbled up. The price and quality of food was perfect! I will eat there again for sure!

It was actually pretty good. The coffee had good flavor and the bagel was yummy. I was upset because they forgot my straw, but it is not always their fault. It could’ve been Uber eats.

This particular Einstein bagels would have you no longer wanting to patronize at any other store. Some of the workers had mad looks on their faces, they seem to bicker amongst each other & food/sandwiches were not good! But because I've been to Einstein 🥯 bagels, I know without shadow of doubt, 'they can't get rid of me!' Love the sandwiches 🥪 fresh, tasty!

Food is always good. Wait time is relatively short. Came in there was a short line. The gentleman at the front was helping me decide on bead choice and the Asian lady came yelling, "are you ready to order?" I told her "He was taking our order" and she continued to yell if we were ready to order. I told her again we already started ordering and she yelled the order. After paying she went to the other guy and talked normal. She is very intense and makes the establishment uncomfortable.

The staff at this location is always rude! On one visit I ordered a gourmet bagel and a male employee informed me that they’re more expensive. Ok what’s your point? I ordered it and can read. Plus, I’m a rewards member that’s familiar with prices and products they offer. It was Uncalled for and Unprofessional in my opinion.

Second visit, I ordered an apple cinnamon bagel. This is the same gourmet bagel I order often and an older female cashier says you mean cinnamon apple. It’s like they want customers that order in-house to get upset. I never do and said yes when I knew she was the one that was incorrect.

I could tell both individuals were new, didn’t know much, or had to be ignorant. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised when I’ve seen staff members be unprofessional to each other. This is why myself and other customers order ahead via app. Even, when you pick-up your order staff ask for your name and last initial to confirm pick-up and it’s with an attitude. I should start recording these interactions but won’t go that far. Note: Glad they have promotional deals otherwise I wouldn’t go.

This review is for 2 visits. During one visit the female manager on duty completely overlooked me and the cashier was extremely rude. I ordered online but was waiting in line to order more items. The manager had no idea I had an online order and directly helped the individual behind me. My online order included a caramel macchiato and an all-nighter egg sandwich on an asiago bagel. Despite the unprofessional service both were delicious and made perfectly. During my second visit, customer service was better. I should've got the cashier's name he was friendly and professional. I love their caramel macchiato! I will continue to purchase it when I visit. Sadly, during this visit, the same manager from my previous visit selected my bagels. The blueberry bagel had quite a few blueberries. But the cinnamon raisin bagel she selected had barely any raisins. Overall, the establishment was clean. When leaving I noticed a wet floor and trash on the floor.
