The Camp Bowie location has built a loyal following on the west side of Fort Worth, drawing regulars who love knowing that everything on the table was made fresh that morning — no heat lamps, no shortcuts, no compromises. The most popular dishes at this location include the Tri-fecta, The Traditional, and the A.M. Superfoods Bowl, and the menu rotates seasonally to keep things exciting for those who visit often.

The seasonal menu spotlights creative dishes like the Chimichurri Steak & Eggs Hash, Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast, and the B.E.C. — a hardwood-smoked bacon, cage-free egg, and aged cheddar sandwich on griddled artisan sourdough with Calabrian chili aioli and house-pickled sweet peppers. The Million Dollar Bacon — glazed with brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne, and a drizzle of syrup — is a cult favorite worth ordering on its own. The juice bar pours fresh-squeezed favorites alongside Project Sunrise coffee brewed fresh every morning, and the menu offers organic, gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options to accommodate every table. Alcoholic beverages including bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys are also available at this location.

I’m usually not into breakfast sandwiches but loved the BEC! We also got the Monterrey club and lemon blueberry cornbread. SO good!

A local favorite. I had not heard of this chain but apparently it is popular in the DFW area. They are big on breakfast and brunch. I met a friend and had the veggie burger and coffee. Their veggie options are limited but the food quality was good. The check will check to your table but you pay at the counter upon exit.

The food was delicious, and I always enjoy the seasonal menu. I don’t usually leave reviews, but today’s experience compelled me to do so.
Unfortunately, the service I received from James was very disappointing. From the moment he approached my table, he seemed reluctant to serve me. He brought my drink and napkins but never returned to check on me, take care of my order, or bring my food. I eventually had to ask another server for assistance.
I am a regular customer and have never experienced poor service here before. This was my first time being served by James, and the experience was noticeably different from what I’ve come to expect at this restaurant.

FYI
I forgot to mention it was not busy.

Maddie was a total gem! She was attentive & offered great food & drink recommendations.

The portions are big & you’ll definitely have leftovers. Lemon Ricotta Pancakes are yummy

Well, it’s about time! A breakfast house in our beautiful historic district of Camp Bowie Blvd with fair prices and great service, in a spic and span, beautiful environment with nice soft music in the background and even a good-looking wait staff. Yes! In case you haven’t guessed already, I’m sort of a regular over here.

Food was amazing and the service was even better, Kimberly was very respectful and extremely attentive. I always love coming here but Kimberly made my Wife and I’s experience feel very special, She should most definitely be recognized by the team at First Watch for a perfect example of A1 customer service. WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK‼️

Nanette and I were on the to another restaurant when we saw Daytime Cafe and decided to try it out. I'm glad we did. The meal was excellent and our waitress/server, Kimberly, did a great job taking care of us in a very busy environment. It's really good food at a reasonable price.

We went for brunch and we're immediately greeted by a snobbish and rude hostess. Service was okay and we were not given water until 30 mins into our meal. Our waitress only came by once on her own and we had to ask for her twice. The food was okay and overpriced for the portions. I've been to other locations and have had better experiences.

Thick bacon was excellent. Waffle was very good too. Service is questionable. Water glasses were still wet from the previous washing. Ordered pork link sausage and got bacon instead. Over easy eggs were barely done at all. So some good and some not. In spite of all that, the taste of everything was actually quite good
