We had an amazing experience at Jake’s Burger and Beer! The food was absolutely delicious — everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and served in big, satisfying portions. The service was impressively fast, even with our large group.

A huge shoutout to our server, Terrell, who went above and beyond to make our visit smooth and enjoyable. He was incredibly patient, attentive, and kind, especially when it came to splitting all of our tickets (which is never easy with a big group!). Terrell made sure we had everything we needed and kept the good vibes going the whole time.

Highly recommend this spot — great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

We have lived in FtW for a long time, but we went to Jake's (at the Sundance location) for the first time just this past weekend. We really enjoyed our experience.

The restaurant is two stories, which is pretty cool, and it's also clean. We had a wonderful server who was very informative (Andrea, I think?). Most importantly, we loved the food. We shared the cheese curds, my wife got the Beyond Burger, and I got the Hot Hickory.

One thing that stood out: alllll of the sauces and condiments were Jake's own! And they were delish.

Online order pickup had issues as the loaded queso tots were missing chives, bacon, and pico -- half the load! Service was okay during pickup though the staff member tossed the bag onto the counter without any care. I can see how multiple small things add up here. I wanted to submit a Contact form via the website although it is broken and failed due to a server error. So, you get 2-stars here instead.

Why the negative reviews?? This place is SOLID! 🪨 Their burgers are creative and taste great, you can't ask for more from a burger place.

The Blu Burger was really tasty, I highly recommend.

Ordered Texas Frito Chili Burger and tots to go. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality (taste), size and price. $16.22 before tip. Thought it would cost more based on the area. Was going to cost twice that to Doordash fast food to the hotel. This is a regular route for the airline I work for, so I'll be back.

We had the nachos and a burger. Looked just like the menu pictures. Tasted delicious. Took a little long to get the food but was worth the wait! We had a cinnamon roll for dessert. Again. Delicious. Highly recommend.

Great burger in Downtown Fort Worth at good prices. The atmosphere is upbeat. The service was great. My burger was very good and the sweet potato fries with the marshmallow sauce, yum! I would eat here often if I lived in Fort Worth.
