By far the best Italian food I’ve ever had in the Fort Woeth area. If you are craving great Italian… this place can’t be beat. All dishes are made from scratch. Service is excellent. Don’t miss out on Mancusos!
We have been looking for a true Italian restaurant since we moved here. We have found it, the food was so good, we had the sampler plater so we could try a little bit of everything it did not disappoint. We Meer the I owner Michael really nice guy he truly loves his art.
Food and service were top notch. My only complaint was amount to volume. I had a fresh made pasta dish, with 3 ingredients. Olive oil, mushrooms and anchovies. $23. An there wasn't enough to "take home". I eat "far" less than I did as a younger/slimer man. But this was kinda a WTF. For the price.
My friend and I had been here this past winter. Food and service was excellent. Last night we arranged for a group of nine to have dinner here to celebrate a birthday. It was awful. Food was lukewarm, chicken was almost inedible it was so rubbery, no one checked to see if anything was needed. Ordered 2 desserts to share amongst all - which I explained. Brought them with 4 forks for 9 people. It was terrible and very embarrassing. Won’t be back.
I had heard about this pace for a while and love Italian food so I gave it a try. I had the Pasta Carbonara with chicken which had no flavor whatsoever and definitely not any pancetta or Guanciale. It was runny with no thickness/creaminess at all… where’s the parmesan/pecorino flavor??? I felt like they put a weak Alfredo sauce instead. I went with a party of 4 and dropped two bills for food that was…..I hate to say it … pretty lame. Calamari was thin and had no seasoning. Breaded mozzarella was not even warm. Nice atmosphere and wonderful service but the food was less than what I would expect for the prices on the menu.
This was our first time trying the restaurant. I ordered a pizza to go and was very disappointed. $25 for a large pizza ( 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni) was ridiculously over priced. First, you can't find the pepperoni because it's hidden under the cheese and under cooked. Cheese was too thick and just slid right off the soggy crust. Wish I'd just ordered from Cici's. At least I get what I pay for there.
this what you’ll get for 30$ here. no forks or napkins, so if you’re eating in your car make sure you bring your own… was not worth my 30$ i was so sad. i would’ve spent less at chilis ribs plate
This was my first and last time I’ll ever have a pizza from here. It was like a real kitchen nightmare from a Gordon Ramsey episode. I don’t know how they can serve that! The pizza was super oily and just too much cheese. The pepperonis were stacked on top of each other underneath the cheese so the pepperoni was raw from not be able to cook properly which added to all the oil. Just too much pepperoni stacked 4 or 5 on top of each other not even separated. just lazy. The sausage was also raw cause with all the cheese covering it. it doesn’t cook properly! Looked like dog food. Super soggy dough and the floppiest pizza ever! When you pull a slice all the contents just fall off the slice and nothing stayed together. The cheese was like glue. I hate when places cook the toppings under the cheese! Sad part is I had to deconstruct it and cook it in my own air fryer to make it better. Sad place
The service was excellent. The person at the front desk of our hotel recommended Mancuso's Italian Ristorante for our meal during the first night of our stay.
I could not have been more pleased. The homemade lasagna was cooked right then as I realized that the first bite was very 🔥. I had the Homemade Lasagna and a salad. We were served garlic bread 🍞 with the salad and our meal.
Since our hotel was less than half a block from the restaurant, we walked.
