I want to give a big shout-out to Ky at McAlister’s! Every time I visit, Ky is incredibly friendly, attentive, and makes sure everything is just right with my order. And has remembered my name from day 1. Her positive attitude and great service always make the experience enjoyable.
Ive been to this location several times and Ky at the counter is outstanding. She is warm and welcoming to all that come in. Her recommendations are always spot on. The energy is always great, will continue to come back.
Ky is the best! She makes me feel like I have my own small town sandwich shop in the middle of Fort Worth. Food is consistently good and it’s always relaxing even when it’s busy.
Service and food were excellent. Ky was quick and friendly and followed up to ask if everything was good. It was the biggest, cleanest McAlister’s I have ever ate at.
My favorite Mckinleys ! I don’t even live close but I come here because if the professional and warm staff and the cleanliness and of course quality food. They are awesome at catering events and really care about what they do. KY will take care of you!
