The staff is always friendly, I work at TCU and come in 4 days a week with my Tea pass and everybody always say hi, they remember my name, and even my order. Adara is especially wonderful. Highly recommend
This place is the hidden gem of TCU's campus. McAlister's offers the nicest and highest quality service. The food is delicious and served in a timely manner and the ambiance of the location is relaxing, making it the perfect place to study and grab a quick bite.
What a great place to eat. McAlister's is probably my favorite restaurant chain. This location had great service and my savannah salad with raspberry dressing was just as good as I hoped it would be. The portion was large, everything was fresh, and I really liked it.
McAlister's Deli TCU always hits the spot. The vibe is chill and comfortable. The service? Top-tier. Everyone is friendly and on point. Shout out to Declan the GM, and Paige. They're running the store like pros. You can tell they care and it makes a big difference.

For a first customer the atmosphere was absolutely fantastic! More than unique customer service that will guarantee to make you smile. They’re on point with recommendations as well as finding what fits the customer in front of them. 10/10 recommended for visiting this establishment.
I always love this location! The service is great and I come here twice a week, and only once have ever had any issue with my order! Jamya was my cashier today and she was ESPECIALLY sweet, kind, and helpful! I love this location!
