This place is very nice and cozy. Food was delicious . Enchiladas and taco plate. Switched the refried beans for borracho beans. Delicious. The chicken enchilada was the best

The family went on vacation to Texas three weeks ago and made a new friend who invited us to eat at Mi Cocina. This place is truly a gem! The food was absolutely amazing… and don’t even get me started on the dessert, it was just as incredible. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. Mi Cocina is definitely on my must visit list for the next time. Also, a special shoutout to the manager… she’s truly amazing and a gem herself!

I want to thank our server, Chase, for going above and beyond to ensure that our lunch experience was exceptional. He was kind and extremely knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. We and our kids were well taken care of. The service was impeccable. The food arrived quickly and our glasses were never empty.
I also want to add that Christian was so kind and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure the portable air conditioner was working because we chose to sit outside on the patio. Definitely recommend this location. Great staff, service, and food!

Had an amazing experience at Mi Cocina! The food was absolutely delicious everything from the chips and salsa to the main course was fresh and flavorful. Natalie, was fantastic super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. She really made the experience even better. The Mambo Taxi is always a favorite, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!

Visited a Mexican restaurant last night and had a great experience. The ambience was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout. We tried the Chicken Quesadillas and the Sunset Style Fajita Tacos – both dishes were flavorful and well-prepared. Overall, a satisfying meal with great vibes. Would definitely recommend!

5 Stars – Excellent Service and Delicious Food!

We had a fantastic experience at Mi Cocina in Fort Worth! From the moment we sat down, our server Chase took great care of us. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. He offered great recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the menu.

The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

Chase really went above and beyond to make our visit special. It’s not often you come across service that feels genuinely thoughtful and professional. We’ll definitely be coming back – and we’ll be asking for Chase again!

Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area!

I was recommended this spot by my friend’s mom, Veronica and and I’m so glad I took her advice. The experience was excellent from start to finish.

I ordered the tacos de brisket, and they were absolutely delicious. the brisket was flavorful, and very well made. Definitely something I’ll be ordering again. The chips and salsa were also a standout too. I knew they would be good but I was not expecting them to be incredibly tasty. To be honest, I would just come back just for the chips and salsa but I will most definitely come back to try other food on the menu

Me and my sister came here last night and the experience was great.It was our server Chase's first night in training, and he was shadowing Christian—both of them were phenomenal and provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Even as a newcomer, Chase really outdid himself, and I can already tell he’s going to be very successful there. The drinks were great, and the tacos and chicken with poblano cream sauce that Christian recommended were delicious!

My daughter and I were not terribly hungry so we opted to split a quesadilla. The waitress Arianna not only was super nice and brought extra plates she suggested the appetizer sampler plate which also has quesadillas and a whole lot more for just a few more dollars. It was perfect.
I had to leave in a hurry and forgot my credit card after I signed the slips. I did not realize until the next morning. I called shortly after they opened, panicking, and the manager Jay said they have it. When I called right before getting there late afternoon, the other manager Alba offered to walk it out if I am pulled over on the street (so I don't have to find parking downtown). Honest, considerate and attentive managers obviously running a very good crew!
Restaurant is quality and relatively reasonable for being across the street from Sundance Square. My friend ordered the grouper or some fish and I tasted it and it was delicious. That's what I will order next time. This will be my go to restaurant in downtown FW from now on!
