I feel like the ingredients were top notch, but the crust was lacking. On the Neapolitan, it lack the delicate chewy texture that I’ve come to love. For the Roman style, it was not crispy at all until you got to the very edge of the crust.
I’m being picky, but the wine was being served in these little cocktail type glasses and I tried three wines and all three tasted like they have been opened for a few days

Right in the dining room, the leadership asked one of the employees to leave He perceived to walk out of the restaurant without a shirt (no undershirt either, super awkward ) and he yelled on his way out the front door. That could’ve been handled much better, to give the leadership team credit. They went around and made some type of apology and compensation for a few of the guests.
