Food is okay. I'm new to this state and looking for some tasty Asian cuisine, but this one was just ok. I dont plan to go back, but it wasnt horrible.
It tastes like something I'd eat from Panda Express (fast food). I want something that is authentic and not so bland and salty.

Luis at the Pei Wei Waterside location is absolutely outstanding! He is incredibly patient, always taking the time to make sure everything is just right. His work ethic really stands out—he goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. On top of that, Luis is genuinely kind, making every interaction feel welcoming and personal. If you’re looking for excellent service with a smile, Luis is the one to look for. He truly makes dining at Pei Wei a wonderful experience!

I got a salmon poke bowl and it was really good. The service at Pei Wei was impeccable and the atmosphere and environment was beautiful. I was astounded by the complexity of the bowl I got and I could taste the love put into it. The bowl was so good I finished it all (yummy)

I’ve visited this location each time I’ve been in town and it’s been consistent each time. Hot food. Great service. Nice portion. Professional and kind staff. See you next time!!

The food was really good, had not been here in a while and really enjoyed my experience. Lettuce wraps never disappoint. Tried the poke bowl and was pleasantly surprised!

I love this place! The girl at the front Gabriela is always so helpful, and the manager Luis always making sure everything is perfect!

This place is super clean, the cashier was attentive and very polite ( you don’t get people like that no more) also the general manager Mr Luis Cruz was professional and attentive. I could see the difference of other Pei Wei’s management. I saw Mr Cruz helping in the kitchen, front and on the floor. Thank you for the great service and flavorful 🍱 food

I really enjoy eating at Pei Wei. The place is always clean and the workers are very friendly. They have a big selection of entrees and every one I have tried tasted fabulous. Some dishes are very spicy.

It’s our first time in Pei Wei and we had the best experience with their service, food, and ambience. The cashier was so nice and greeted us with a hello. The store is very clean, inviting and has a good Atmosphere. We ordered the family meal for 4-6 people. We had the firecracker chicken, grilled bourbon chicken, Mongolian steak , spicy Korean bbq and the lettuce wrap. The food were delicious but a little too much sauce. Thank you for making our experience so nice . We will definitely come back again.
