My roommates and I ADORED our dinner here! We decided to visit Simply Fondue as our final dinner together as roommates before we all moved away, and it was a super great choice! I opted for the full dinner experience!

First, the food and fondue was really good! We were able to cook the proteins to our liking, which was awesome! It was so much fun and we loved our food. We ordered one kind of cheese and we all shared it, but because of the special occasion, our waitress worked with us to let us each get our own flavor for dessert, which we so appreciated, as we all have vastly different preferences in sweets. I had a bit of an issue concerning the drinks I ordered because they did not taste correct (I am a bartender with certifications so I just was familiar with how they should taste), but I asked my waitress about it and she was very apologetic and super helpful! She explained that one of the bartenders was training (one of his first shifts) and that he was still learning, and she was more than happy to help sort out the situation!

Since I have mentioned the service now a few times, I wanted to highlight how WONDERFUL our server was! I truly wish I remembered her name! She was so kind, helpful, and patient with us and all of our questions pertaining to how the process would work! She took her time with us to walk us through how to cook/time things correctly, and gave her personal suggestions. She was super fun to have as a waiter and we enjoyed getting to know her throughout the evening! It was a lovely experience!

The atmosphere is feels very formal but does not make you feel out of place if you are just, like us, college students. We all dressed up nicely and felt so well-taken care of. It was a great memory for all of us. I highly recommend Simply Fondue — they have a great selection on their menu and seem to hire some amazing people as well!

This place is delicious. All the waitstaff is fantastic. Bartender was killing it. Even the manager who brought our drinks was pretty cool. Very clean and quiet restaurant.
I gotta recommend the black pepper steak and the raspberry lemondrop martini, but really all 4 courses were excellent. Definitely coming back.
(Thanks for hanging on to my sunglasses, yall are the best!)

Super cool little place. It's in the basement and every little seating area feels like you have the whole place to yourself. The service was absolutely stellar. The cheeses are fantastic, though I do wish the meats for the main were seasoned, or if they even had seasoning on the table. The chocolates are also absolutely amazing.
Great little experience, worth a go. Split a 4 course between two people. There's plenty to share.

The whole experience was horrible. I used to love this place. It's like $65 for adults and 2
$24 for kids. Kids don't get cheese or chocolate they just get meat. Your seriously charging $24 to cut up a chicken breast and not even season it. The pot was stuck on high the whole time on one side we couldn't even enjoy our food because it was cooking extremely fast. The waitress even came by and said she was going to turn it off because it was bothering her. Yea we were sitting there with it boiling in our face the whole time. Why not sit us somewhere with a working hot plate. to mention the bathrooms were dirty this is supposed to be a high end restraught charging $24 for a cut up chicken breast. This place will be shut down very soon with these crazy prices for a dirty atmosphere. I'll be going to Texas de Brazil you should do the same if you read this.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Simply Fondue, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Maddie. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Maddie made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of the entire evening, pacing the courses perfectly and offering great recommendations along the way. She brought such a positive energy to the table — always checking in at just the right times without ever being intrusive. Her attention to detail and genuine care really made our night special. If you’re planning a visit to Simply Fondue, definitely ask for Maddie —you won’t be disappointed!

First time there! Nice place! Cocktails not worth the price! Bartender made our martinis too foamy and full of air! Definitely not worth the $15 price tag and trust me I know my cocktails! The cocktails were just subpar! Now let’s talk about the classic dinner! The classic dinner is a four course meal you start off with cheese fondue, salad, main encore with proteins you select 3 per person and then you finish off with a chocolate fondue, we had the classic dinner for two so our protein selection was six in total!
The reason why I’m giving this review a 2 star is because the chicken protein selections were absolutely awful! Most of the selection protein was way over seasoned and way too salty I had to spit some of it out! For example, the lemon pepper pork tasted like pure lime, the roasted garlic chicken was extremely salty and it upset my stomach. Just couldn’t even take a bite out of that one! All in all except for the coconut shrimp, the proteins were way over seasoned! Has anybody from the kitchen actually tasted the protein that they’re serving out! I mean the level of seasoning was so ridiculous! Our waiter was nice and the chocolate fondue was delicious. I just wish that we would’ve not done the classic dinner!

We had the four course fondue dinner - cheese and protein dishes in the pics. Worth the price.

Simply Fondue is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the warm, inviting atmosphere sets the stage for a delightful dining experience. The staff is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with enthusiasm and great recommendations. The fondue selection is fantastic—rich, creamy cheese blends and decadent chocolate options that are perfect for sharing. Every dip, from the fresh veggies to the artisan breads, was bursting with flavor. The interactive dining style made it such a fun, memorable evening, and the portions were generous enough to leave us happily satisfied. I can’t wait to return for another cozy, indulgent night at Simply Fondue! Highly recommend!

We visited Simply Fondue in Sundance Square with a party of four and chose the full dinner experience—cheese fondue, salad, entrée, and chocolate fondue for dessert. Each of us had one beverage (a cocktail and tea), and the food was very good, with quality ingredients and a nice variety of dipping options.

What really sets this place apart is the experience. This isn’t your typical dinner out—you’re actively cooking your food at the table, which adds a fun and engaging element to the meal. It’s hands-on, interactive, and definitely better suited for a relaxed evening where you’re in no rush.

Service was excellent—our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the meal. We all had a great time and left full and happy.

Simply Fondue is definitely on the pricier side. Our total came to $410 including tip, which makes it more of a special-occasion destination rather than part of our regular dining rotation. That said, for a memorable night out with friends or family, it’s worth it.

Outstanding service! Eat dessert first because you will be extremely full and not able to eat-dessert, which I would say is the best part of the meal. We enjoyed the salted caramel chocolate fondue, which came with rice, crispy, treats, brownies, multiple fruits, etc.! Oh my goodness it was memorable delicious. Consider splitting one full fondue course between two people because it’s difficult to eat the whole thing with one person. If you are considering bringing children here, I would reconsider because there is boiling oil on the table.

This place was extravagant! Three course meal! The experience was one you will not forget and definitely one of a kind! The host was very polite and informative as well as are waitress Mariana. And the bus boy (young man) was a sweetheart! The food was so flavorful and savory.

AND THE DESERT WAS INSANELY 🤤🤤🤤 FREAKN DELICIOUS!!!!

Wasn't fond of the beer base cheese. My waitress was more concentrated on networking with one table than any of her others. Did not like the meats were cooked in oil instead of brothel. Doesn't help it was way too hot and splashed me.

My wife and I went to the Simply Fondue on Saturday at 4pm. That was an excellent choice. We were promptly greeted and seated.

Fun date night. My husband and I went for a date night and had a really good time. At the price point, we did have different expectations for the ambiance, but the service was so great it didn't matter.
The restaurant is underground, so there isn't any ventilation, it's a bit dark and it's time for a renovation. All that said, the food was as expected, and the service was really top-notch.
The wedge salad was delicious, but the highlight of the meal was the dessert. The delicious Pecan Carmel Chocolate fondue was accompanied by several dipping options, including small cookie dough balls that were out of this world! Our server brought us extra and our made my whole night. I'll bring my kids next time, they'll love it.
