Modern, lively breakfast cafe near West 7th Street. Service is a little slow but the staff is nice. The sticky toffee pancakes are pretty good. Also had buttermilk blueberry pancakes and eggs. Pancake was dry with not much flavor. The eggs were undercooked. Eggs whites were clear.

The food was excellent! So many great gluten-free options. Our server was very attentive. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve been there. I highly recommend the breakfast fried rice!

We came to Snooze based on their allergy safety since I have a gluten intolerance (found on Find Me GF app). We were immediately greeted by Dysh, sunshine in human form. She is phenomenal and offers some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. She didn’t bat an eye when I said anything about a gluten allergy, but instead said “I’ve got you”. It really made me feel safe, something I don’t always get when I eat out. She recommended her favorite latte and double checked the ingredients as well as ensured everyone was made aware of the allergy. I just can’t express it enough how grateful I am that she was there to reassure us and ensure we were taken care of.
May both sides of her pillow be cool and every light turn green on the way to work, etcetera!

The food was great too! For anyone with allergies or intolerances, they can substitute items to make them gluten friendly. It’s the first time I’ve had eggs Benedict in years. My S/O enjoyed his French toast as well.

I just really want Dysh to have her flowers and I really hope she gets a raise!

Please don’t hesitate to stop by here for great food and even better service! ◡̈

I’m visiting some family here and they recommended this place to me so it is my first time here. There’s pretty good food, loved the coffee, and the service was AMAZING!! I won’t lie, I AM a picky eater so I was very hesitant in picking a new place to eat, but my server Emma was the nicest, most attentive and patient person ever. Shout out to her because I felt so bad being very indecisive, but they were super kind and even helped me pick out what food I might like more based on what I already like! I’ve never had a server be so nice to me, it was honestly heart-warming. Emma recommended the habanero pork belly rice and it was super good! They had also explained a lot of the coffee options and the one I went with was the iced honey oat milk latte (forgot to take a pic, but it was SO good too- definitely bringing my friends here next time!). Overall, it was a nice experience altogether! The food and drinks were good, but I’ll never forget the service here. Anyone who can help out a picky eater, and in such a kind way, holds a special place in my heart :(
I will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Cute decor and everything, got the snooze classic, it tastes the same as every other brunch place. They didn’t have pulled pork unfortunately, got chicken sausage instead.. not sure what frozen meal that came from but it was.. below average.

Due to everything being under seasoned, I added hot sauce to the meal along with salt. As I was still eating the hash browns reaching for more hot sauce, a lady that I assume was the busser came by and started clearing the table and took the sauces along with her?!!! I went with a group of friends and two of us were still eating.. not the best service. 🥲

This is a lovely spot, with good music. A great place to bring a date or to meet with friends. Very lively and upbeat. My husband and I had the Pork Belly Fried Rice, the Denver Omelet, and the Pancake Flight with Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Strawberry Shortcake and Cinnamon Roll pancakes. Everything was served hot and fresh. The cook even prepared my eggs perfectly, just the way that I like them. Highly suggest Snooze for brunch.

Had an unforgettable brunch at Snooze A.M. Eatery Left Bank with friends and family! We shared a feast—Crab & Asparagus Omelet, Monte Cristo Brioche Toast, Cinnamon Roll Pancake, Breakfast Burrito, Protein BLT Bowl, and Bravocado Toast.

Every bite was bursting with flavor, but the real star? The OMG French Toast—sweet, fluffy, and totally worth the hype!

The vibrant ambiance, upbeat music, and friendly service made it more than just a meal—it was an experience. If you’re looking for a brunch spot that hits all the right notes, Snooze is a must-have. Trust me, everyone should give them a try!

With a name like Snooze, you'd expect this to be a sleepy, snoozer of a restaurant; however, Snooze is anything but that. Snooze is an upbeat experiece with, of course, breakfast, but also booze, including bourbon, along with an enthusiastic wait staff, colorful decor abound, multi-level/purpose seating (indoor/outdoor/second floor), unique, gourmet breakfast menu, and even corrhole boards outside near the front entrance. All of which in my opinion is to will their morning customers awake (just kidding). I had Juan's Tacos. I am from the taco capital of the U.S given that I live in South Texas, so the taco barr is high for my standards. Juan's Tacos were a different take on tacos (in a good way). They were relatively large as far as corn tortilla-based tacos go and loaded with egg, hash browns, sauce and other goodies with a side of pico. Overall, I really enjoyed the tacos. All-in-all this was a great experience from start to finish.

This is by far our favorite breakfast/brunch spot. Every server has been delightful and the service is always pleasant. I can’t describe how delicious the food is because the words haven’t been invented yet. If you haven’t been here, GO. NOW.

Snooze is a breakfast dream come true!
The food is absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every bite feels like comfort and creativity combined. The cocktails are just as impressive—unique, well-crafted, and full of personality. You can tell thought goes into every detail here. I’d eat at Snooze again and again without hesitation. Highly recommend for anyone who loves breakfast done right! Also, during our most recent trip, they decorated our table for our 11th wedding anniversary! So sweet and thoughtful!

I like to try eateries that aren't available in my hometown. This was a place that a friend suggested that I try out when I had the chance. Finally got around to it and absolutely enjoyed my experience! There were some breakfast dishes that were with a twist, I tried a "Pork belly habanero breakfast fried rice", and it had 2 sunny side eggs on top. It's been almost 2 weeks and I'm still thinking about it. Definitely taking out of town trips just to eat at this place on occasion from here on!
