Quite a nice little joint right off the main stockyards strip! Portions are huge, so be prepared for that. The chips are homemade, and the prices are great for the area! I will definitely be back just to pop in and have a beer to beat the heat!
We had the chips and queso (delicious), I had a burger (good but could've been a little more pink), taco salad (absolutely massive), and chili (not traditional for TX but still excellent)
Will be back 4.8/5

The best chicken fried steak in Fort Worth. The management and staff are always friendly and attentive. Great value for the money. I bring my out of town friends here whenever they want a true Texas experience. Great drinks as well.

We stopped in here for a drink and snack whilst we were exploring the Stockyards area. We sat at the bar and ordered a beer for my partner and I had the TX Peaches. The cocktail was nice but it was a little too sweet for me (personal preference more than there being anything wrong with the drink).

We ordered a chicken fried chicken sandwich to share. The food arrived quickly and the sandwich was delicious! We both agreed it was probably the best fried chicken sandwich either of us had ever had. The chicken was juicy and the batter had so much flavour. The fries were tasty but could have been cooked for a little bit longer.

Also want to shout out our bartender (whose name I didn’t get so very sorry). He was so friendly and was giving us lots of recommendations for things to do in the area.

The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the bathroom situation. The ladies room was not very nice and you aren’t able to put toilet paper in the toilet itself (there is a sign specifically saying this) and I found the whole experience a bit unpleasant. I understand their piping is old but having to put your used toilet paper into a bin (where other people have also put their used paper) was just not nice.

Our total bill, including tax and tip, was $45 which we thought was great value. I would definitely visit again (although not if I need to use a bathroom haha).

Small little bar/cafe/restaurant. Definitely has that local cowboy bar atmosphere. Stopped there and ordered the chili, with a special request (add sliced jalapeños). Waitress was nice, service was quick, and the Chili was great. Price was about what I expected. Enjoyed it!

Went in there with a bunch of girlfriends and had a wonderful time. Customer service was amazing from the moment we walked in the door. Food was amazing and so was dessert. Didn’t get the name of the server/bartender but she was the Asian one. We were visiting and went to different places all day! No greeting no one came to the table places were slow and the customer service was not there. This place was the most welcoming and actually cared to greet and say good bye to us. Since I’m in the hospitality industry, hospitality is very important to us. I definitely would recommend this place for the welcoming atmosphere and the food!
