My co-worker and I stopped in today for Taco Tuesday and beers for lunch. Fortunately, I wasn't in a hurry to order food, so we went to the bar to chill. My co-worker wasn't so patient. He ordered immediately. While at the bar, it didn't look like I was going to get any service any time soon, so I asked the young man (one of two workers in sight) if I could get a beer. I assume that he was too young to serve alcohol, because he had to ask his co-worker to help with the ordered. Once I got my beer, I said that I would like to start a tab. The kind lady said that I could not with her, because she wasn't the bartender. The bartender was nowhere in sight and was informed that she was on the phone. Wonderful! 😁
I noticed an order on the counter sitting for quite some time, so I told my buddy, "I bet that's your order." As sure as the world turns, it was. 😆 After I asked the lady if he could cancel his order, she apologized and brought the food. We paid and left. I never did see who the bartender was 🤣
Upsetting? Absolutely! But I'm glad it played out the way that it did. We went down the road to Taqueria San Andres for Taco Tuesday and were not disappointed in the least. Please read my Google Maps review on it. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
