The wine isn't good enough to not only justify the price, but the attitude the staff, owners, and even the clientele (depending on the day) give you when ordering, I question if anyone here even likes wine, as much as they like feeling like an authority about their (very) poor/mid selection. If you're an experienced wine lover and for some unknown reason, find yourself here, just get the cheapest thing and don't ask questions or comment—this is a place of business after all! Sure, it might taste like it's a few days old (and probably is), but if you don't like it, that's your fault for not understanding "organic" wine. For what it's worth, the cocktails are better, and sometimes they have a good food truck.

This is a great spot to wind down with a glass of wine at the end of a long day. I really like the mystery glass option, and everything I've tried so far has been great. It can get really loud though, so if you're sensitive to sound maybe bring some ear plugs. Food truck in the back serves delicious pizza and the Italirolls are great if you want something light!

Really top notch producers with a good emphasis on France and some outstanding German and Austrian wines. Don’t be put off by the ‘natural’ — if you like good wine, they know their stuff.

The pizza was quite nice as well. Thin and not too much for one person.

Knowledgeable staff. Convivial atmosphere. Sit at the bar and share your bottle with strangers.

My absolute favorite wine bar in Fort Worth! The Holly has completely spoiled me - I’m now hooked on natural wine and don't want anything else! It’s the perfect spot whether you’re meeting a small group of friends or just unwinding with a glass after work.

The wine selection is incredible, always rotating so if you fall in love with a bottle, don’t wait grab it while you can! The staff is also amazing - super knowledgeable and always happy to help you find something you’ll love.

Such a cozy, welcoming spot. Truly one of my favorite places in Fort Worth!

This is such a cool little spot! They had an vinyl DJ set playing some jazz music when we went. It was our first time trying natural wine and they were happy to tell us all about it. Of course it was incredibly. Definitely will be coming back.

The Holly is immaculate. Immediately one of my new favorite spots in Fort Worth - I wanted to find a rooftop and shout my new found love from it. The wine, the ambiance, the service: all superb. The staff had great recommendations. AND Abe Fromage is the food truck in the back?! 10000/10. Give this place a shot.

Perhaps my favorite Fort Worth business to patronize. Everything here is perfect: The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, the wine selection is exciting, and the setting is conducive to all sorts of good times (ranging from quiet conversation to raging dance parties).
I mean it when I say that I did not like wine before I visited The Holly. Coming here changed my perception of wine as a whole, something I honestly never thought possible. I cannot recommend this business enough.
Seriously, go here. Let the wine nerds pick out a great wine for you. It’s worth it.

Continues to be great! Enjoyed the cheese and charcuterie / olive plate with our wines this time. Excellent wines always. And sometimes a cute furry friend will come say hi :) wine flight is always a great choice, or the mystery glass for $10!!

Absolutely love this place. Big fan of natural wines, and if you haven’t explored those yet, this is the perfect place to do so. They will help you find what you like and you’ll learn a ton about wine if you want. They also have a retail area with bottles you can buy to enjoy there or to take home. The food offerings are simple but excellent, fantastic local bread plate, Olives, etc They do a wine sampler where each day there’s 3 wines they choose to be on the sampler flight or you can pick a mystery glass (a little cheaper than other wines by the glass) and they get to choose something they have open. Beyond the excellent wine, the space is absolutely stunning! Cute inside and out. Back patio is nice. Owners are wonderful as are the staff. Wish I lived around the corner from here, I’d be here all the time
