I absolutely cannot recommend broadway cityview enough! The accommodations are very nice and well maintained, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I toured several apartments for my mother and this was absolutely our first choice.

I LOVE this community and team! The wellness director goes above and beyond for patients. Activities are always going on and the engagement team is so fun! Sales team makes life easy and is very knowledgeable about the continuum of healthcare. It’s a beautiful property with so much to offer! From independent living in the cottages to apartments in the main building and assisted living, patients can truly age in place. Blessed to be a community partner with a great team!

Broadway Watermark has been an amazing place for my aunt, especially because of the wide variety of activities that keep her engaged and socially connected. My sister has been a resident of this community for 6 months. She has settled in very nicely. Her apartment is spacious with modern appliances. My sister quickly made friends as everyone was so genuinely welcoming and friendly. The staff is very caring and helpful. My sister has enjoyed the large variety of activities offered. The community is well kept and beautiful. It gives me peace of mind to know that my sister is well cared for along with being safe and happy.

My wife's parent's stayed in one of the villas at Broadway Cityview for four years. They loved it and so did the rest of the family. The staff was very responsive to their needs, the food was excellent and the living space was beautiful. It was everything (and more) than we had hoped it would be.

We moved my mother-in-law into the Independent Living facility almost two month ago and she's settling in and so happy. She constantly mentions how friendly everyone is and is now involved in several activities weekly: water aerobics, painting, Rummikub. There are so many fun options to explore. The staff has been so nice and accommodating and truly cares about their residents. Mom had several choices of where she could live and this is hands down the best one. A special thanks to Tracey for keeping an eye on her and letting me know how she's doing. We couldn't be happier!
