I went by Hill Villa today to visit one of my hospice clients. I was filling in for the original aide that comes. Well, a little lady by the name of Bri took the time out to help me locate that client. I was unfamiliar with the town let alone the building and she didn’t mind helping me locate the client. She took the time out of her busy schedule to help me and I really appreciate her hospitality and kindness. Thanks again Bri!!! Great customer service
I went in this facility earlier today an met the Activity Director Tonya Smith. She greeted me with a warning smile. She was so polite an there is no place I would have my mother be than here at this facility. If you are looking for a home for your loved one don't look any further this is it.
