We were impressed with the complete operation at The Spring at Silverton. All of the staff were knowledgeable, and friendly. The amenities and condition of the building were excellent. Also Latasha showed my family white glove service. She made my grandfather feel like royalty and made this process as easy as possible. Thank you for taking care of us. Latasha needs a raise!

Upon moving in The Spring at Silverton apartments for active seniors, I had several choices. I had look at other properties and was convinced and sold on a more upscale property. All that changed due to the great, courteous, and exceptionally pleasing tour that the Assistant Property Manager Latasha Phillips displayed, I chose the Spring at Silverton. I left town on business matter and could only think of the Spring complex, so i decided to move here when i had several more luxury places. Latasha changed that with her outgoing personality. i am completely satisfied with the entire staff especially Ms. Phillips since she is the one who toured me, I will be soliciting other people like myself to come and try this place. Assistant Property Manager Latasha Phillips is an amazing and personable young lady. She made the process of relocation to The Spring at Silverton hassle free and comfortable. I've only just moved in but all the residents are extremely pleasant and welcoming.
