Absolutely horrible.... The directors are so preoccupied that they don't tend to the well-being of the residents. The housekeepers do not speak or understand English so nothing is being cleaned correctly. The last housekeeping director Sergio was a complete joke but I would definitely take him over this new one Maria. The worst of them all is the head director Alun. My parents have been trying for MONTHS to meet with him and have gotten nothing but a cold shoulder from him. We pay entirely too much money not to get proper service and adequate assistance that's deserving. We've even reached out to corporate and have yet to receive a response. The only beacon of light and joy was the lead housekeeper Catherine. Always met us and my parents with a warm smile, beautiful laugh and perfect service. But recently we discovered they let her go. We are looking for new accommodations for my parents because The Traditions is not living up to the expectations of the presentation they showed. If I could give zero stars I would. Zero ⭐, no recommendations

My Mom is a new resident and loves it. Beautiful place, like living in a resort hotel. Views from every space, great restaurants, lovely gathering spaces, movie theater, indoor pool and exercise room, and much more!

The design and amenities at the Tradition are unmatched! Our father is in this most comfortable and supportive environment. They provide plenty of activities and entertainment.

We love living at the Tradition—Clearfork. The staff is caring, knowledgeable, and always pleasant. The Tradition is developing into a wonderful senior community filled with new friends and meaningful activities. The facility has a fantastic gym, plenty of interesting activities and meeting rooms, beautiful apartments, and delicious food. It’s like being on a terrific cruise with no need for the Dramamine!

Beautiful Community! The attention to detail blew me away! The community spaces are warm and inviting. I love the large windows as they allow lots of light into the apartments.
Every space has been thoughtfully designed. The staff is caring and always goes the extra mile!
