I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s a very nice place for Seniors to live!!! The staff are awesome & very helpful!! Lots of activities and great fellowship with other Senior residents!!!
The front desk, and dining room staff are awesome. The so-called chef leaves a lot to be desired . He plans meals with chips and sandwiches A LOT (dinner meals), and doesn't have a clue what a real goulash is composed of. You need a new chef.
This is hands down the most welcoming staff here. Very friendly and caring!. Especially the Front Desk. The hotel is very clean and my room was huge exceeding my expectations. I will definitely come again during my stay in Dallas, Texas!💯
I toured Waterford while looking for a place for my mom to live. Cathy was absolutely amazing. She goes the extra mile for those who are looking and for the new tenants moving in. I would recommend Waterford to anyone who is looking for a place for their aging parent(s). I know my mom would be well taken care of if she decides to move here.
The Waterford is a great place for senior living at an affordable price. My Father has been there for a little over a month. As a frequent visitor (5 + days a week) I can personally attest to the friendliness of the entire staff. From the front desk to maintenance staff, everyone is friendly and helpful. Even the residents are helpful to explain the rules of the facility. A very special thanks to Cathy Porter for helping me get my Dad all settled in.
The facilities are great with quite a bit for residents to do from movie night to trips to Red Lobster. They even bring in live entertainment on a regular basis. The food is good with multiple choices available for each meal. The staff can even bring meals to your room as they have room service for all meals as well.
