Very nice super high end. Luxurious is the feeling you will get walking through here. The concierge is super nice and super helpful, and obviously patient, as first time visitors will need questions answered, and this is not an ordinary apartment with bldg numbers. Residents i spoke to love the place and they definitely get what they pay for.

My mom was here for rehab, and what an amazing place! All the staff is so caring and kind. They're really on top of everything. She had rehab in the past at a place behind Trader Joe's on Hulen and it was not good.

If you have a chance to go here, or to place a loved one here, don't hesitate, you won't get better care anywhere. I wish my mom could afford to live here full time.

I wish that I could give negative stars. I put a lot of time and energy when picking a skilled nursing/rehabilitation facility for my grandmother after she fell and broke her hip. Everything seemed great at first. It is a beautiful place and MOST of the staff are wonderful. The CNA Angela is amazing, both my grandmother and I adore the nurse Justin... but my grandmother is currently in the hospital with a UTI, sepsis, acute renal failure, and severe dehydration. I had asked about inserting a catheter on 10/5. I asked about dehydration and IV fluids. I asked about when we should call an ambulance. My grandmother became ill on Saturday 10/9. It took 5 hours for them to draw blood. Then they didn't even start oral antibiotics until 10/11. Her urine cultures showed infection on 10/5!

I was there almost every day. I asked questions. I pushed for answers and for follow up. The nurse Esther had no sense of urgency, she really just didn't care. She would either get defensive or completely ignore any questions that I had. My grandmother had 2 LITERS OF URINE in her bladder when she got to the ER. My grandmother almost died. And nothing was done for her until I finally told them to call an ambulance.

I worry for the people on that floor who do not have family members or friends to advocate for them. They would have let my grandmother die if I hadn't have been there.

I am having my grandmother moved to another facility when she is discharged from the hospital. I picked Trinity Terrace because of the amazing reviews. I am terrified of something like this happening again.

As a homecare agent coming in from outside, I can appreciate the staff of TT. Great COVID protocols in place.
