I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Last weekend, I went in asking for an acrylic set removal + manicure and a basic pedicure with a polish change and fill on the big toe. To my knowledge, a pedicure not only consists of the nail art, but it consists of the warm, soapy water, the foot scrub, the leg massage, all the works— which I did not receive. And to make matters worse, the nail tech cut my big toe and made me bleed trying to remove a dead layer of skin, which possibly could’ve been removed easier if she soaked and scrubbed my feet. I was charged $50 for a service that was not fully rendered. They need to learn what a pedicure is if they’re going to charge full pedicure price.

As for my manicure, the nail tech kept trying to push me to get a gel coat. I kept denying it for budgetary reasons. Because of this, I believe the tech intentionally chose the hardest, slowest way to dry my nails— with a mini fan instead of a nail dryer. When they told me I was good to leave and check out, my finger nails were still wet— thus, the attached photos. I paid nearly $100 for AMATEUR WORK. 0/10 don’t recommend.

I’m asked for a manicure with a design and pedicure with the deluxe spa. The staff were wonderful and the atmosphere was very peaceful. It only took an hour an a half to get this done and I’ll gladly come back again

Since I’m local I decided to give this place another try after months and yet again disappointed. The ladies always get annoyed if you correct them, then their side commentary amongst each other makes you feel uncomfortable. One lady in particular the previous time I went in was very rude and stormed off to another technician saying I was too picky and someone else had to finish my nails since she could not do a curved French. This time not happy with the quality of the service. Felt techs rushed because they were closing… took my grandmother from out of the country to treat her to a mani pedi, her nail polish is all bubbly, nails not filed square. They said she needed a whole new fill instead of just thickening them with the refill. Fingernails not measured to make sure they are even. Hands not massaged at the end of a manicure. As for my nails not a fan of how they filed them, super thick at the ends and there’s a difference in the thickness of each. I asked for a stone pedicure and they were trying to rush me out with the hot wax instead until I said something. Wish this place was better and techs paid better attention to detail. Overpriced for they quality. I Rather drive to left bank nails or any other nail salon…

I have always loved Benbrook Nail Bar and have been a loyal customer for years. Came in for my normal pedicure service. Went to pay using a gift card I received less than a year ago. I was told by Lena that the gift card had expired. She stated that Benbrook Nail Bar is under the same name but different management. I verified with the person that blessed me with a gift card and was informed that there was no expiration date. I couldn’t locate one on the gift card either. I asked Lena if the expiration date was given at the time of purchase and she said no. Very unfortunate situation. She gave half off my service but my gift card went in the trash. I sure miss the former management where customers were always taken care of.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with BIG SMILES and such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff made me feel completely at ease right away they even offered me a drink as I sat down, which was so thoughtful. Their friendly conversation throughout the visit made the experience feel more like catching up with friends than just a salon appointment. The service was professional and attentive, and I left feeling pampered and relaxed. I’ll definitely be coming back and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon to anyone looking for top-notch care and a genuinely friendly environment!
