If you do not cancel your massage within 24 hours they charge you a fee, but the same rules dont apply to them. I had a massage scheduled for 5pm. Showed up and was told they had left me a voicemail at 4pm (1 hr before) to cancel my appt. I was put with a different massage therapist and my massage was not good with that therapist. I called several days later to cancel my membership and was told I would still be charged another month because they have a 30 day cancellafion policy. When I explained to the manager that my massage got cancelled an hour prior with no "fee" paid back to me, I was told that a massage cancellation and a membership cancellation are 2 separate things and there is "nothing she can do about it". Zero customer service unless you are ok with just an "oops Im sorry". Other reviews state issues with this as well. Save your time and money.
Therapist Robyn is simply the best! At my first appointment she was able to identify tightness in my body that I wasn’t aware of and brought soothing relief. She is definitely my go to Therapist who leaves in a state of Zen after my session with her.
Sam is hands down amazing! He always knows how to get me unwound and back to feeling good! He’s also a wonderful communicator and gives great advice and helpful techniques for at home support in between visits. The front office staff is always so kind and courteous as well! Always enjoy my visits! 10 outta 10 would highly recommend!
The staff at the seventh Street in Fort Worth is incredible. That was greet me and take care of me beautifully. Robyn has been told by me that if I ever win the lottery, I am hiring her as my personal massage therapist and she can never retire!
My massage here was fantastic! The staff were friendly and efficient. The facility itself was sparkling clean and calming. My massage therapist, Trevor, was the absolute best! I have had many massages in the past but he is the epitome of what a massage therapist should be! After the massage, he discussed with me some observations he had made of some areas that need additional treatment. It was right along with the information given to me by my physical therapist! The room was set up just how it should be. Their prices are very competitive. They offer a variety of options for individual needs as well as an affordable membership plan. I cannot recommend this place enough!
