My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Hiatus in Spa Ft. Worth. Jennifer and Eureka were our Massage Therapists. They both were GREAT! We had a Couples Massage which we thoroughly enjoyed! We also added on additional treatments which enhanced our experience. We left in a relaxed and peaceful state which hubby and I definitely needed.

Let me direct your attention to Jamal!!! His attention to details during the consultation at the beginning, allows him to give the best massage ever!! He is quiet and professional and will have you walking out of there like a limp noodle😄😄 Seriously, thanks Jamal for these last relaxing massages!! Looking forward to my next one next month. #selfcare

Not a super relaxing first time visit experience! I bought myself a summer package as a birthday gift. The morning I arrived, there was no one in the lobby. When the employee finally came, she checked me in and said 'go on back,' as though I had been there before. I wandered back to an empty hallway with doors and found my way to the locker room, which was well appointed but the lockers did not work. I wandered around and found the chill waiting room, and waited for about thirty minutes, well past my booked time. Another guest that arrived after me was picked up before I was. The massage was great and so was the masseuse, but the construction noise was horrendous and the opposite of relaxing. Not anyone's fault, but would have been nice to have been told before booking or offering guests earplugs. The mani/pedi person was so nice, but it's the absolute worst mani pedi I've gotten in a while. I paid extra for the "dazzle dry," which was supposed to be guaranteed for a week and chipped within a couple of hours and had to be removed by day four, (pics included of day one and both hands as of day four). As you can see, the polish was lumpy and unevenly applied from the jump. My cuticles appear untrimmed and I don't think my nails were filed down much at all. She also roughed up some of my nail beds a bit, which is frustrating as my nails are natural and now have scratches on the surface. I'm convinced they blindfold you so they don't let you see what they are doing. I still have part of a package and a gift card, but I will try a different location and not return for any nail services.

What an awesome experience and such friendly staff. I took my friend here for her birthday and it was so relaxing. You get complimentary tea/water and got a mimosa after our service. Locker rooms and massage rooms were clean and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I’ve been to the Frisco location a few times so I expected the same quality service when I arrive.I give it a 4/5. Reason being is I don’t think the quality was the best it could have been- for example the Frisco location was fully stocked with hair ties, hair brushes and products, when I was done with my service almost all of the products were empty- it was also only 10:00am so I find it hard to believe they were already empty? It just doesn’t seem like they have the same high quality/ top service.

I enjoyed the Facial I received. It was amazing and I have no negative feedback about my facial!

I would go back but prefer the Frisco location.
